Absolutely lovely stay with fantastic breakfast brought right to your room and owner as sweet as ever giving tips and help.

Could not be faulted. Ron was most helpful: calling taxi, pointing us to a good nearby place to eat and alerting us to the better of two rail stations for returning from the Arena. The location was particularly good for getting around Glasgow.We shall go there again - no need to look any further. Our American friend, if travelling alone, would prefer a common breakfast room to allow her to meet other travellers. But on this occasion we all breakfasted together. Keep up the good work.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. I would describe the decor as like staying with a friend who has a very nice house - it was comfortable and personable and spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom was not ensuite it was dedicated to the room and again was extremely clean. The room faced the road but was quiet. The breakfast was good in quantity and quality.

As soon as we walked in Ron made us feel at home. His friendly personality and charm made our stay. The room was amazing and extremely well presented. The Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Ron suggested the pub down the road, and it didnt let us down. Very night place to stay for a quiet get away.
