We stayed at the Baru Lodge our first 2 nights in Panama City. Very cute little guesthouse with a lovely garden out back to read and relax by the little pond. Breakfast was tasty, with good variety of fruits, toast, eggs, cereal, etc. Our room had an awesome rain shower, and air con worked perfectly well. Walls are paper thin so it's a little loud, but otherwise a lovely place to stay.
