This hostel no longer does free pick up from the bus station and at time of booking had not changed their details on here to reflect that - disappointing, but whatever. Otherwise good, would have stayed longer but prices went up before we could rebook. the hostel itself was a nice place, well cleaned and has all the facilitys you would expect.
we booked one night and asked about extending. we didnt want to pay the counter rate so we booked another night at the cheaper rate on the net, only to be told that the rooms we booked werent available for 2 nights. there was 37 beds available when we booked the second night, but were told it doesnt update quickly enough. i have managed a hostel before and know this isnt the case, they jus wantd more $$the hostel itself was a nice place, well cleaned and has all the facilitys you would expect.

This hostel was fine but dull. (Nothing like the main Base in Brisbane which was awesome!) This hostel was clean, quiet & staff were friendly so if that's what you're looking for, it's the place for you.This hostel was fine but dull. Although I only stayed here for one night (and for just over 12 hours!) I was very impressed; the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the place looked very clean and modern, and it was in a good location just away from the CBD. It seemed to be much better than some of the other Bases that I've stayed in during my time in Australia and I'd definitely go back there and recommend any one to pay it a visit if you ever find yourself lucky enough to be in Bris Vegas!Although I only stayed here for one night (and for just over 12 hours!)
