Good thing on luggage storage, room is clean but with a mouldy smell , would be excellent if there's free WiFi, afterall, hostel is for budget travellers, movie room is awesome, in the heart of city, friendly staff, clean showers, other than the WiFi issue, everything else are good !
I've got no complaints. No breakfast facilities but its too small for that.
A really good hostel. Great location, lots of facilities and good security. Only down side was that the rooms were a little small and no real communal area. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend
Clean and tidy room and helpful staff who gave me some ideas of things to do in Brisbane. Was good to have a big kitchen and balcony area, would be good if the internet was free.

As a regular hostel stayer I can truly say that this place was absolutely vile! Facilities were well below average, showers were dirty and the room was absolutely disgraceful - this truly gave me an idea of what prison would feel like! If you can stretch an extra $10 per night do not stay here.
It's a good hostel and the location is perfect but you can't really meet a lot of new people if you are up to that. It's more like a hotel and has no real social area. But still a really nice hostel with a big kitchen and everything you need.
Even though it was in the CBD it was the most peaceful hostel I've stayed at in Brisbane. Way better than your Roma St one (which I wouldn't recommend at all). The location of this one is great, right in the centre, but it was the friendly helpful courteous staff who made it a very comfortable home-away-from-home.

Rooms were cleaner than expected and got a free upgrade. The problem of 2 powerpoints in a room for 4 is very ridiculous
My room window has no handle, can't open! I hate a room window can't be opened, like a jail. The air con is far too cold! Even was given a extra blanket, still freezing... ... met other guest in the hostel, two women they said: their room is very cold too! Why people design window can't be opened? I couldn't sleep at all whole night. Air con is centre air con, can't be adjusted, if that's the case, shouldn't design window can't open. Handle for basin is loose, same as toilet flush button.
The hostel is well located in the city and really easy to find. The building is quite old and the rooms are not equipped properly (2 plugs for 4 people under 1 bunk bed) so if you want to charge your phone and set up an alarm, you'll wake up the entire room. Globally it was ok only for a couple of days but it was definitely too expensive for what you get at the end.
Such a dirty hostel! It didn't look like the rooms had been cleaned at all, the bed sheets had holes in, there was dust and dirt all over the floors and the curtains were broken in our dorm. It was in a great location but I would still never stay here again!
Staff were friendly but didnt know what they were doing and had poor customer service. It claims to be a 24 hour reception but the night staff cant do anything and send you to central. No Storage in the rooms and for a 8 bed room there were only 2 plugs! And no aircon
The hostel was clean, the beds had goot matresses and clean sheets. There was a rat in the kitchen but despite that it was good.
I was in a four bed female dorm which although was small it was simple and clean. Felt more like a hotel than hostel! The kitchen is clean and big and the tv room is like a cinema room but just with a small tv! Location was perfect right in the centre of town!
Pretty standard hostel experience. Average upkeep and cleanliness. Excellent location next to the Queen St. Mall and transit access to anywhere in the city including the airport. 15 minute walk across the bridge to South Bank.
