I have sent you an email asking for a refund because I had booked the hostel for 8 people but only 7 slept there. They told me to send you an email and I would have my money back. This is really possible?

this hostel is like a factory, no character, the girl in the reception is very unfriendly. Its very noisy all night with the bar downstairs. It's dirty In the kitchen you have very old pots, it's dirty too.... They are only interested in money. The rooms are small Not recommended

This hostel is located next to a very noisy street and underneath is a nightclub that pulses throughout the whole building till 3 in the morning, if you are going out this is no problem however if you are actually trying to sleep it is impossible, there should be some sort of warning vis a vis the nightclub, will not be satying in this hostel again.

Very central which is good but it is next to a nightclub so it's loud but they will give you earplugs which did help. Kitchen is rubbish, just poorly equipped and quite small. The rest of the hostel is decent enough, beds were really comfy with big duvets. Staff were really friendly. Just remember it is a BASE hostel so will be lots of drinking and noisy inconsiderate people who don't wash up after themselves and make loads of noise!!! Lovely shower decor.
