Amazing hostel! felt like I was on a hotel! amazingly clean and new! perfect location we had view of the lake!

the room was ok, clean and ensuite good, but the hostel was crowded, noisy and dirty.There was very little equipment in the kitchen, few tables, and those there were were rickety and some chairs broken; communal spaces were disgusting in the morning. There was a bar on the ground floor that made it impossible to sleep before it closed at 3am. There should be information on the website that this is an very noisy hostel and if you want any sleep you should not go there.

I have sent you an email asking for a refund because I had booked the hostel for 8 people but only 7 slept there. They told me to send you an email and I would have my money back. This is really possible?

We knew there was a bar at the hostel which is good, however it is a banging night club till 3am and it was a wednesday. All good if you dont want to sleep and have nothing to do early the next day. Beats vibrate through the floor and bed. Dont stay there if you need sleep! Other than that is all good.
