Excellent location and clean facility. Pack your earplugs though as being situated next to the bars makes for a noisy night.
Friendly helpful staff. Only dampner was some of the guest screaming up and down the hallway at 3am. Excellent location and clean facility. Pack your earplugs though as being situated next to the bars makes for a noisy night.

One of those backpackers for drinkers, with a thumping bar next door. Was good though, very new and clean and well thought out with individual lights/plug points by bed etc. Not the hostel's fault that one guy's snoring kept the whole room up all night...One of those backpackers for drinkers, with a thumping bar next door. Its is like all base hostels: great location, clean and with a bar attached. Downside is that you can hear the music from all the other pubs that are on the same road as base, so if you want quiet i wouldnt stay there. the only thing we found with this hostel was there was no common room/ lounge type area to sit and chill out and watch tv and hang out and as it was cold and rainy we had no where to go except for the pub across the road and then we spent all our money.
