a good place to stay in auckland. a bit to expensive and the kitchen is a mess. but the balcony on the topfloor with the spa is really nice!
I would come back!

the "FREE MEAL" is not a meal..its a cmall snack...but great place and people and location is excellent!! couldnt ask for more

no heating in the rooms, felt like no service. they changed hand like 3 day before i got there and no one knew what they were doing. constuction work right outside your window. it was the worst place i stayed on the trip. but the up side the sauna was sweet.

The toilets were not always very clean by the end of the day or indeed the next morning for when I had early starts.

the curtains in Room 303 hanging off. we stayed in two room and both had curtains hanging off. It does not take much just to hook them up again , as it only gets worse. Also the remote for the TV in one room did not work.
the staff were helfil and moved us to a room where the TV worked.

the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. the location is great, with lots of stuff nearby. the bathrooms were in good shape and clean. only complaint was that both of my beds (one night private, one night dorm) had long strands of hair in the sheets. so either they were not changed or the housekeeper is a werewolf.
