a bit run down but probably because it's just been taken over and hasn't been refurbished. disapointed after staying in various other base hostels

The hostel is located in a great location. Everything was quite OK, the kitchen had some problems, though (cleanliness, some inlets didn\'t work).

Security for luggage room is poor, anyone could get the key from the reception, and access the room alone. Possibility to lock lockers in bedroom with padlocks is good. Central location. Nice and friendly staff. A bit unclean facilities (kitchen, tvroom and computer room). Internet access is expensive. Read Owner Comments

They gave me room without air cond and un-work ventilation system. Hoew could I sleep in hot and bad-smel condition?

very good location. not a good place to meet new people. young party cloud, but ok if u're staying in a smaller dorm. cold air-conditioning, lot of people were sick because of it.

I really liked this place. It's really close to everything I wanted. There's two supermarkets nearby, and it was an easy walk over the bridge to the art galleries and the more interesting cafes. The rooms and beds all look nice and new, and it is air-conditioned. One area for improvement: there seemed to be many broken vending machines and bags of washing or garbage on each floor - these should be cleared away.
