That was my second time i have stayed at the Hostel & both times have been great. It is a great place to stay...Lookn forward to our next stay there.

The place was ok overall. The girl who greeted us on reception, Niaomi was lovely however the woman on reception the next morning was pretty rude. Great hot pool. Our room was right above the lava bar so didn't sleep very well. Would recommend overall and would return again

Bathrooms were disgusting and not nearly enough for the amount of people staying there.

Security not very good - items stolen during the night. Pool closed for a day and kitchen for a morning - ants in the kitchen. Very noisy as there was a school group staying there.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner; a little noisy after 11pm on the second night of our stay.

Decent value for the price. Great location with friendly staff, however, the were some issues with the room. It seems like the carpets are in need of a cleaning and the curtains (the sheer white ones) needed to be changed since there was mildew on them. This left a foul smell in the room :(
