stayed in sanctuary - bathrooms really clean room quite small but i was only one in so was ok for me. towel and toiletries - lovely

Key to room never worked after several times of asked it to be changed!Woman on reception when we first arrived was very rude!!! Club downstairs was a little noisy but was on floor 3 so the higher up you are should be better.

it was ok but the my window wouldn't shut in winter thats not the best thing!but other wise really nice place to stay close to food and other things to do

Very good! Nice place in the city centre. And the BASE BAR - Very COOL!! (Free pool from 6 pm to 9 pm!) :)

I thought this was one of the best Base hostels I have stayed in. Very clean, smart and in a good location. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

parking onsite should be free for paying guests - i thought backpackers was supposed to be a cheap way of staying in accommodation and there seemed to be a few "add-ons" to the existing amount for the room per night

There was a lot of noise coming from outside the hostel on the Friday night, possibly from a neighbouring bar. This went on until 3.30am.
Also, the room doors make a lot of noise when they close and can wake people in adjacent rooms.

Excellent location - one of the best. Our room was at the top of the building & had fab views of the city. The staff let the placed down - would be nice to see a smile! Read Owner Comments
