Staff were super helpful friendly and cute. The location was awesome, no way¡¡¡ two block away from every important place. The hostel itself is really cool but stairs that are too hard to go up at this Bolivian altitude, everyone was really happy to chat and go out as a group. If u asks the staff they really can help you out (I lost my passport in the bus station). There's a bunch of games and DVDs u can watch for free. They give u a map that they point out where everything is. It is strange som
