It wasn't one hostel-house with many rooms and a reception or something. It was a single room apartment in an usual apartment house. So no reception. But we liked it. Individually kind of holiday.

I agree with Shenagh. Althought location is excellent, the facilities need to improve. Some chairs, which are broken, are fixed with tape only. The bathroom is ugly. There is no reception.

Location excellent but concerns re safety/hygiene.Also, not really hostel but an apartment so lacked the usual hostel facilities.Owners need to invest to improve.I hope they take these comments positively as encouragement to bring the accomodation up to a reasonable standard.

it was dirty, the adress was wrong and there is no hotel basilica at the adress mentionned on the site. (when you take the reservation you have a mail with a other adress and at the initial adress there's nothing but au piece of paper with a phone number). We had to pay in cash at the check in. The bath room was not private as the man said. We were extremely desappointed by this unhonnested "hostel".

The location was amazing and the staff was very helpful. The entire city is in walking distance and everyone is very nice. Perfect for people of multiple ages travelling.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hostel. Information about this hostel is WRONG. There was nobody there to meet us. We had to ring a number(hard to do when you just arrive to a new country). When someone showed up, they took us to another location. The building was horrible and the room was also not nice. There is no 24 hour reception and there is no tour desk as it says on the website. The bed, linen and pillows were disgusting.

Friend fell out of window and almost died. Scary hungarians lurking around the building, screaming at you to be quiet at 20:00. Nice inside, but creepy outside. Showers were adequate, and had a kitchen too!

Where do I start, the hostel was nothing like it was described, no ensuite, awful beds, awful bathroom, the \"owners\" booked us in and were never seen again, 7 people sharing a bathroom, but only enough hot water for 3 to shower. Hardly any crockery or cutlery, dodgy electrical appliances, fridge held shut with an alan key, burnt out earth on cooker, loose and dangerous banisters. No sign for the hostel so impossible to find. No local information at all, just as well we had been to bu...
