The walls must be thin, the family opposite our room where very loud until the early hours. Apart from that we had no complaints.

I think putting clean sheets on the dirty floor does not correcpond to the hygienic norms. I will never stay at your hostel again.

Enjoyed staying there for 8 days. The only unpleasant aspect was the crowds of student groups that arrived on the weekend and blocked the entire reception with their bags and things. Staff were friendly and the place was in a great location.

I think they shouldn' t charge clients for keeping their luggage for a couple of hours! The weekly time for breakfast is too short: how about from 7 to 10 on week days and to 11 on weekends?

I've stayed here before whilst working in Bath and would stay here again quite happily. The staff are always very helpful, breakfast is included (toast and cereals and a full English is only £2.50). It's always clean and tidy and good value for money.

I am so pleased that the YMCA provides great value in the heart of Bath, so that "normal" folk can enjoy the city. I stayed in a single room which was cleaned to a high standard, The room was comfortable with chair, desk, wardrobe, drawers and sink. The communal bathrooms were also very clean. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. The use of the microwave in the evenings was great and free hot water is on tap to all guests. Excellent -keep up the good work YMCA!

Basic accommodation but good value for money. A kettle in the kitchen would be handy and salt/pepper. Staff friendly and helpful.

Twin private room with shared bathroom facilities was a good and affordable option for a long weekend getaway. The accommodation good value for money. The only thing I would've liked to have seen was cleaner bathrooms. While the rooms were immaculate, the bathrooms were quite dirty from time to time (e.g. hair on shower floor, wet floors, spiders in toilet cubicles, stains in toilet bowls). Check-in staff were rude when we first arrived but other staff were friendly.

The location was great, an easy walk to most of the town and train station. Our room was clean, bathrooms were nearby and staff welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Like the location - could nip back quickly if you had forgotten something. Like the fact the they had a left luggage facility too.

The bed was a little small, but as the room was clean, secure, warm and spacious it was not worth worrying about for two nights.

Excellent Hostel - clean, private, friendly staff. A bit out of the way and hard to find, especially in the dark, but well worth the walk. Thank you!

We thought this place was fab! We have stayed in many hostels and can't say enough about how much we liked everything about this place...location, staff, clean, comfy...it has it all!!! Thank you everyone for past comments because, based on those, we chose the place and don't regret it a bit. Would stay there again!
