No elevator. Awesome location. Breakfast was nice. Would stay again.

The YMCA Bath was actually pretty decent. Things were clean, the bathrooms were okay, the location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was the noise at night. Since it was centrally located in Bath it was quite loud outside our window but I slept with ear plugs in and had no trouble falling asleep.

Nice hostel directly in the city centre. Only flaw: no storage room for luggage.

I spent two nights at YMCA. This is a great hostel. It was much quieter than I expected. Almost perfectly clean; the staff was very friendly, the food at the restaurant was good too. The only minus for me was that the wireless internet was accessible only in the lobby downstairs.

My first impression was the room is clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Unfortunately can't sleep well coz there're people still chit chat in the garden late at mid night, noisy! It could be better that the breakfast has more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay. Try to have room with window not facing garden, maybe will be better.

We enjoyed our stay in the private 3 bedroom. Great location, felt safe. We weren't sure how to get ahold of towels, and our room could have used some fabreeze. Other than that great stay!

Very nice hostel, excellent location, nice staff. I would definitely go there again. Only negative point so far: no lockers in the rooms.

I thought that the hostel overall was very clean and well managed. The location was excellent right in town but still very private. The service was great from the pre emails reminding us to the smiles on the staffs faces. They even looked after our bags after we had checked out.

Most things nice, roughly 12 minutes walk from the train station. Room was good, although the walls are made of paper and the beds very squeaky and quite small. Toilets were pretty nasty though, which is probably mostly due to the audience. Showers are difficult for tall people and might be impossible for overweight people. Staff nice and fun, always open, bag storage possible. And remember it's all a charity!

perfect location in bath but in a very quiet spot. hostel was very clean and quiet, there is cheap 'restaurant' in the place. breakfast was good, no one paid to upgrade to the full english as it looked a bit dodgy and sat there under heat lamps all morning. wifi good. no complaints, it was good for what it was and a lot cheaper than i was expecting

toilet tissue had run out in every toilet in gents on level 3 first thing in the morning..Maybe provide a small roll in the room as you do with soap!! Breakfast not really continental..English breakfast was available but why should I pay for it when I've paid £60 for a very basic twin bed room. Some toasters do not work very well!! Need another coffee machine.

The location is good coz its at the central of the city. But one drawback is that there is no free car park. I have to say the room is really clean and tidy. And its a bit expensive as well.

Positives - Good location, clean and orderly. Negatives - Noisy people in corridors, now towels, 10am check out, breakfast quite limited, rooms very utilitarian and a bit characterless.
