Baxpax Downtown Hostel/Hotel Reviews

This was a great place to stay. It's nice and close to most of the main attractions in the downtown area and it was super clean. I stayed in a 5 person mixed dorm, only downside is that for 5 beds there were only 3 lockers, so you had to get lucky. The bar is fun and attracts people other than just hostelers some nights. Overall great time!

The location is nice, in the center of berlin. Downside is that the hostel itself is located in a remote alleyway. Instructions to the hostel though are perfect. I had no trouble getting there. The facilities and security are good - clean. They offer safes and locker storage for your bags, which is very nice. Downside is the staff is not super helpful or friendly.

Loved the hostel! The location is great, about 300 meters from the U-bahn and S-bahn, and the neighbourhood is realy nice! The beds are great, the staff and the facilities are realy nice. You can do karaoke in the basement and drink good beers in the bar. The rooms are nice and clean. We were realy happy with our pick!

Great atmosphere, clean and friendly, always plenty going on, pool tables, arcade games, bar, breakfast was not included but cheap. Room was great, clean and better then some more expensive hotels we have stayed at. We stayed 5 nights, wanted to stay longer but the place was booked out. Will definitely stay again when in Berlin. Big thank you to the staff and management for making our stay so good.

Love the location which has excellent restaurants to choose from in the north. A short walk south is a public transport connection hub which will take you wherever you want to go. Clean room. Nice garden terrace to put your feet up and enjoy a beer after a day of fun.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Baxpax. The staff were courteous and we felt like our belongings were safe there. The wifi in the lobby was also very good (there is no wifi in the rooms). The hostel is roughly a 15 minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate and a 20 minute walk from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof and is very close to the city centre and tourist destinations.

This is definitely more of a Hotel than a Hostel - for example, there is no kitchen. Perfect location and great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and fun, but when it comes to local touristy knowledge they are probably not the best people to ask... Had a great time with amazing people. Will definitely return again!

the hostel is spacious, clean, and friendly for travelers. easy to meet other people because of the lounge, bar, and patio area. no kitchen, however. they also don't let you store food in their fridge..which could be a little annoying for budget travelers.

I do not like your hostel so much,because we reserved female dorm,but you gave us mix dorm/And we also have to move to female dorm after busy night without sleeping.It was uncomfortable for us.

Stayed a full 2 weeks at Baxpax Downtown Hostel in Berlin and will never stay anywhere else. It's the best place ever!

Had a good stay. Very convenient for a lot of the main attractions in Berlin and for the train to/from the airport, which stops at a metro station about 10 minutes away from the hostel.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at. Great location, great facilities and friendly staff. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. Bed was comfy and the room was quite big and modern. Was planning on spending my last night in Berlin in a hotel but I liked the hostel so much I booked an extra night. They have a great bar with good prices too. Definitely recommend this hostel and will stay there again if I go back to Berlin.

Exceeding expectations , but one thing they need to specify in the amount is that Linen is not included and have to around 2.5 Euros , So guys while comparing the rates please keep in mind the above said thing.
