The staff is great and the location is excellent. If I go to Berlin again, I'll stay in Baxpax for sure.

Great location! friendly staff but wifi and keys for rooms often didn't work.

wi-fi's username and password changes everyday and you have to log in couple of times. there's only 1 toilet and bathroom for each room (also for 8-beds-room). limited sockets in bed room. but they have a lot of facilities (bar, restaurant, etc), suitable for people who stay for days in the hostels

This should be the standard for places wiling to call themselves hostels, strongly recommend. Good facilities, good location and amazing staff.

An amazing hostel with a fantastic atmosphere. The bar always seemed to have new people to meet and served pretty great food! Even for a vegetarian like me. 24 hour reception very useful in a place like Berlin, where the party never ends! The rooms were clean and nice, with enough space for everyone. Separate shower and toilet rooms in the en suite rooms! Some problems with the key card to the room, but easily solved. Slightly frustrating wifi problems occasionally but no huge problems.

There has not enough adapters in the room so everyone has to charge their eletronic devices in turns. No headlight for each bed so whenever someone comes in the room, they'll just turn up the light and wake everyone up. But still a nice deal base on the price.

the staff was excellent, wifi connection good. breakfast very expensive and not good

I didn't like that the bed sheets are not comprised in the price but are mandatory to get, os at the end the price that you pay is more than what you had seen online.

I paid 10 Euro for a 30 person room. You get what you pay for, it wasn't pretty, but clean and a place to crash when traveling. I didn't order it, but their breakfast looked nice.

The K-Studio with its 60 beds seems a bit dodgy, but all in all the value for money is good.

The bunk beds are really noisy and can prevent you from sleeping. Other than that it was fine.

I only stayed briefly for one night but I enjoyed it, comfy beds, spacious rooms but was more like a hotel set up, very big. Great communal area though, I would think that's get used a lot and brings out a great vibe. Would happily stay here again.

If you want to experience a place where 3/4 of the staff are uninterested and exceptionally rude then this is the perfect choice. In addition to their nonexistent hospitality there's zero atmosphere, no wifi in the large room and no outlets. OH! The best part? The only place you have to charge your phone is in the common room where they blast non stop techno 24/7. What a treat.
