Great value, wanted to stay longer but they have a 7 day limit. Place is clean. Kitchen works. Motorbike parking in the bicycle area no probs. Most of the staff are really nice as well as very helpful. Note Wifi is generally slow unless there is no one using it. It becomes unstable at peak times. Get in early if you need it. The rooms I saw only had 1 power point each. You can't drink your own booze. "Hidden" sheet charge of E2.50 (total)

Thanks very much for the great stay. I came for two separate nights two days apart and both times felt very welcome. There was a nice mixture of good company and being left alone. Room mates were very kind an considered. The toilets on the floor I was staying on were having some trouble and there were no lights in their on either of the days I stayed, but it is a big hostel and in general seemed very well maintained. Thanks for such a positive experience.

I really liked Baxpax Mitte. The receptionists during my stay were all really lovely and helpful whenever I asked for anything. I thought security was also good, and I liked that it was a smaller quieter hostel than most. I would probably recommend this hostel to my friends.

Hostel is a bit out of the way and requires trains to get to most places. Staff were unfriendly and quite rude at times, one example being we approached reception to ask for towels to which the girl behind the desk put a back in 10 minutes sign up. She then proceeded to sit there and chat with her fellow colleague. Overall the rooms were comfortable yet not many places to meet other people staying at the hostel. Toilets clogged twice during our stay

nice little hostel far from the main attractions but you can walk it in 20 minutes, plenty of restaurants close by, nice rooms slightly small also had lockers, wifi worked in the rooms which is helpful, sometimes the evelater didnt work, walking distance from the station can be far tho bout 20 minutes away you can catch a bus tho, helpful staff would recommend as its was nice to stay in.

nice hostel to stay if you're not looking for a party place. it's actually a quiet hostel and what I do regret is they don't serve breakfast so the common room is really small, not so easy to meet people but we figured it out, and personnel are really nice. thanks!

Kitchen is large, wifi only in common area. Surely not the best but it is still ok to stay.

Spacious 10 bed dorm with lockers next to the beds. Wifi didn't work in the rooms just common areas. Don't pick this hostel for the location! It's in the central suburb of Berlin but still takes 20mins to walk to the main tourist attractions or cool places

Such a wonderful colourful hostel, close to lots of things too! It had a kitchen which was great and the rooms were lovely. Other guests here were so friendly too! There's an amazing little cafe down the road opposite the rewe (?) supermarket, we went there every day for breakfast and takeaway sandwiches for lunch! I absolutely loved this hostel!

A hostel with somewhat the feel of a hotel, and not in a particularly good way. You are immediately told that you have to pay an extra €2.50 per night for sheets, which is irritating. The hostel itself is colourful and vibrant, but the rooms arn't air conditioned, and the wifi is temperamental. Berlin is an odd city, in that there is no centre. So location wise it's difficult to catagorise, but it is near to the reichstag and the Brandenburg gate, which is handy. Overall it's a decent hostel.

Very warm and helpful welcome and advice from Nick (I think that was his name) on the reception desk.

Really near the old town sights, and close enough to trams for a night out. There is a realtively cheap bar and the guy was really nice recommending a great night out, it's not a party hostel and the wifi is a bit dodge but was fun and a decent stay.

Good and clean hostel. But one thing is annoying that every time you need internet you need to write code in your phone, and connection on second floor is lousy, you need to sit in hallway because you don´t have signal in your room. The kitchen is good, nice company in hostel. It´s close to every attraction in city.

This hostel had a really nice feel. Each room had a theme, there was beer and a bar, good environment for making friends. The kitchen was rather small but at least there was a kitchen!! also, not enough sockets for your devices

The location is good and close to quite a bit including a metro line and the main train station. It has a big common room which is nice for meeting people and the rooms are a nice size it just gets really hot and the windows don't open very much. Also the wifi is kinda slow and you have to sign into it every 24 or if you leave and come back which is a pain in the neck. Also one guy at reception was not great. Otherwise the staff were nice and helpful.

First time in a hostel ever and what a brilliant hostel to start my journey in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and even when I had a major slip up and lost my phone, they couldn't be more helpful in trying to locate it, even at the very late hour. You sit down and someone will come over and talk to you - very friendly atmosphere and clients, and linen is provided at no extra cost (that I noticed anyway). I would definitely return, although it took a bit of hunting to find!
