It turned out that my booking confirmation was sent to a hotel manager by e-mail and that person had the day off on the day of the confirmation, but did not put the confirmation into their system. On my arrival, first they could not find any booking information about me, until that manager showed up and started processing my booking ! If that person would not shown up, we would have left without booking !
