The location is the greatest advantage of this hostel. The bathroom is ok, clean. The staff is nice and helpfull. The internet conection is poor and sometimes just stop working.
Very nice place with a great location ! The staff was perfect with us and really nice. It is a clean place and the beds are confortable. It made us even more enjoy our journey. The price is really attractive for the quality and the location !

Really good value for money and located pretty close to good ruin bars (although it does get very noisy at night with the window open). The room was unbearably hot one night and the little fan was hardly making a difference, but we Brits shouldn't complain about the weather! The showers were a bit communal- two shower cubical in one room without changing facilities. The kitchen was spot on though. Just lacking a sociable atmosphere while we were there. The hostel itself was clean and friendly.
Great place to stay. The location is perfect, in the center and close to everything. Good facilities, clean, and I met some great people there.
Excellent location, you will find everything in walking distance. The hostel is very comfortable and secure. Staff were quite distant but the hostel has nice common spaces for meeting other travellers.
Nice location, clean, spacious common room&kitchen (with great watermelon green tea!). Best regards to girl with curly hair, always smiling, always helpful :) one disadvantage: it looks like the building is for rent and we had problems with findig entrance
First of all, the location is brilliant right next to the popular eating and drinking area in district 7 where it is possible to meet a lot of other travellers as well as locals. (Try the ruin bar Szimbla which is amazing and quite close. You can walk to almost everywhere in the city from this place too. The staff was also very kind and the rooms and bathrooms was acceptable. In the lobby there is a great atmosphere as well, especially if you are open-minded towards the other guest.
Staff were helpful at times, but the person that was designated to inform us of what to do in Budapest seemed to disappear moments after we arrived Hostel was quirky and the shower facilities in the men's were a little different to what I expected Nice hostel all in all though
Was sick during my stay and staff was very nice to me, asked back how I was feeling etc. Thought that was very nice and thoughtful. Location is very good, everything is in walking distance. It's a small hostel, and everything is on one floor. I thought it was very unconfortable to have to walk through the common room every time to go to the bathroom, especially in the morning in your pyjamas. Wifi was patchy. Bathrooms sometimes very unclean. Kitchen was okay. No windows in the common room.
Well priced hostel. Central in the Jewish quarter and only a 10min walk into the city centre. The hostel was clean and tidy. Enough space in the 6 bed dorm when I stayed and lockers provided for your bags. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Brilliant hostel, full of really nice people. Great atmosphere, location and kitchen. Cleanliness could be better but not awful. Would really recommend.
I liked this hostel the location was PERFECT and you had everything you needed as well as a kitchen and washing machine facilities. It was definitely worth the money. Only slight downfall was the heat of the rooms meant you had to have the window open at night and the street was really loud but I would definitely go there again, the noise wouldn't stop me because the location more than made up for it.
The place has a real home-like feel. Smaller kind of place, you get to know people a little better. It's a great place to pre-drink before going out. The laundry downstairs barely works and the hostel opens it to the public, so it's a complete and utter waste of money and certainly time.
A nice clean super cosy hostel with nice facilities. Easy to meet people in the common area but not a big party atmosphere at all-just a nice place to relax. Staff were pretty helpful and Ester especially was so nice! Perfect location only downside is it's pretty noisy outside and a bit hard to sleep.
Great friendly staff.

Awesome spot right in the Jewish quarter. Near all the good bars and cafes. Only stayed one night but everything was spot on. Good cooking facilities, clean loos. Just no aircon in the room which sucks, but it wasn't a hot day so wasn't too bad.
Good hostel, didn't spend a huge amount of time there but everything seemed pretty decent. The only downside was that there was a launderette downstairs that heated up the upstairs common area, therefore the common area was roasting so most of the time was spent in the rooms. Really enjoyed my time in Budapest though. Seemed a very relaxed, clean decent hostel.
The hostel has a really nice vibe. It is close by the famous ruin pubs and not so far away from the city center. There are cheap places to eat all around and also some supermarkets close by. The metro is 5 min away. I would come back.
