The Bazar Hostel made us feel at home while away from home. The Staff was open and friendly, answering every question and they even offered their help when on of us had to leave earlier. It's central and just around the corner from clubs and cafés for backpackers. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money! We were positively surprised by the cleanliness of the common areas with kitchen and bathroom. It was great having coffee and tea free of charge. We would return anytime!

I stayed 3 nights and the hostel is great the location is very good, with supermarkets and bus and metro just 5 minutes distance. The staff is ok, they only talk to you if you talk to them! The only thing it can get a bit noisy because there is a bar downstairs but this is only on weekends.

Bazar Hostel turned out to be a great place to stay. Many thanks to the staff for being helpful, friendly and for keeping the place clean every day. I hope to see you again some time, perhaps during my next visit to Budapest :)

Super nice place to stay in Budapest! The hostel has a great atmosphere, which is why everyone enjoys staying in the common room until late in the night and chat with the staff or other people staying at the hostel. The location is great to go discover the city by foot and there are lot's of cool bars and pubs just around the corner. Simply a really low price for such a neat place :-)

Location of the hostel is very good, close to the bars area and the other restaurants that you can eat cheaper than city center. 10 min. away from the city center by foot. The rooms, bathrooms and toilets were so clean. There is a kitchen available with full of equipment, you can cook during your stay. Staff was really friendly and helpfull.

I had a bed in the 6 bed dorm with ensuite bathroom. The room and furnishings were all nice and new and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. All in all a very comfortable stay. The hostel is in a really central location, within walking distance to most places, even Keleti train station. Another great thing about the hostel is that it is a stone's throw away from Szimpla, the best ruin pub in Budapest.

Awesome hostel! Staff is very helpful and I had some nice conversations with them. The staff helps with everything you ask. The hostel is easy to find and the location is perfect. Very clean. Two computers for everyone to use. The kitchen is well equipped and always clean. Common area is comfy. Rooms are nice and there's big lockers. It's also warm inside and the water in showers is warm/hot when needed (very important in March) There is a bar downstairs so it can get noisy, so bring earplugs!

Bazar Hostel was the best hostel i've ever been to: Very friendly and qualified staff, very clean, nice atmosphere and the location is perfect for starting a trip through the city or jump in Budapest's nightlife. We will definitely recommend this hostel to our friends and if we are going to Budapest, we will stay there again.

The hostel was one of my favorite hostels I've ever stayed at. It's a smaller hostel, which makes it very cozy and has a very cool and eclectic feel to it. The staff was great and very helpful, as well.

Five nights very well spent in Budapest, at Bazar Hostel. Great atmosphere, everyone was very helpful, the place was very clean and the location could not be better, in my opinion. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Budapest in the future.

Very nice place's situated next to the Astoria metro station - so close to the everything ^^. Clean, with good atmposphere, I noticed only one minus: breakfast not included, but it is very cheap place to stay, so it's not a problem. Cheers for stuff :)

Clean simple hostel in good location with friendly helpful staff. I however like a party hostel and dispite being above a bar this was not the feel there. Laid back vibe and nice enough.

The staff were nice, one guy from England who is cool and played poker with us. I love the fact the main area is in the middle of all the rooms. We met some great people who really made our trip to Budapest. I had my own room with my BF and our bed was very different to the one on the website but a bed is a bed and it was at least a double instead of two singles pushed together so I was happy, great bathroom in our room, very clean and loads of space and holders for shampoo and things!! LOVED IT
