Rather empty at this time of year so not the place to go to meet people. Was however easy to get to from the airport late at night. Wifi was good and croissant/coffee in the morning are a bonus. No code or key to get into the hostel, tucked away off the street so maybe unneccessary but some security would be reassuring.

Great location, the male staff members were not that helpful but the woman staff member was great. Directions to the hostel could be a bit clearer, as in which way to go on the tram, where to go once you get off the tram. Decent place overall and can't beat it for the price!

One of best hostels I have ever stayed in, totally recommend this one (been here before, it keeps getting better). However, if you look for parties this is not your place, it is simply a great hostel to relax in a quiet neighborhood.

I did like the more "home-like" feel of this place and the smaller setting, but the downside of that is that things seem to be fit in where they can be squeezed. Room was probably a little smaller than expected, but the staff was perfectly nice.

Good hostel, very nice coffee served by good staff. Safety was little bit poor since hostel doors were accessabile without lock from outside and there were no lockers in the room.

One of my favourite hostels of all time.Why?....well I'm actually a little unsure myself; It simply felt right, perhaps like falling in love. The place itself is very simple, and consists of an open plan kitchen/lounge area with a cosy outside terrace, along with clean, well equipped bathrooms. The price is a tad higher than rival hostels, however the location is grand and breakfast, although minimal (a tasty croissant) adds to the charm. It certainly has everything one needs.Worth staying at!

Could not have asked for a nicer host in Sofia than Maria! She spoke good English and was exceedingly helpful. The bed was comfortable, though nothing amazing. Sheets clean, wifi worked, etc. The only markdown is the size of the bathroom: it's a closet. For elves. But it's really clean and it works so can't complain too much.

Great location for airport bus. Not the best atmosphere but no major complaints.

Lovely, simple, clean hostel. You are indeed made welcome as a guest; the owner will go out of his way to help and chat. I arrived late with a motorbike, parking and food scouting were taken care of. Definitely not a party hostel - which is great if you're looking to actually sleep!

It was a little unclear to tell who was working there exactly. Either staff should openly greet and welcome newly arriving guests or they maybe have some sort of staff shirt to identify them. Also, signage outside the hostel could be better as the courtyard you enter from has many different doors. Also, it would give guests in the dorm more peace of mind to have lockers in the room. Lastly, the morning coffee was excellent, but at least juice for the breakfast would be nice.
