The space was fairly clean. The large towels were changed daily if you wanted. What wasn't clean wasn't the fault of the staff, but a general maintainance problem. Yellow grout instead of white, for example. The aircon and fan kept the room very comfortable. The restaurant and bar was reasonably priced and usually good. The man in the reception office was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the office closed at 8pm. 5 min walk to Ochheuteal Beach, 10 min ride to Sokha Beach. Not bad.

This was great for us (couple). Nice setting. Pool at your disposal. Clean room with safe and hot water. Not to mention WiFi like most other hotels in this region. The neighbouring hotel was under construction at the time but wasn't very noisy. Only dissappointment was it didn't include breakfast.
