Loved Ladybird, very helpful and friendly and ultra easy to make friends at the hostel. Hostel is one of the cleanest that I've ever stayed.

Ladybird was a fantastic host. She has a delightful energy and makes you feel welcome. You couldn't ask for a sweeter, more positive person to have as the "face" of the hostel. Also, Ladybird had great advice for places to eat, party, sightsee, etc. She also offered useful insight on the culture, how to interact with locals, how to get around for cheap, and other very helpful matters. The hostel had been newly renovated from the looks of it. It was very clean, organized, and comfortable.

Beach hostel is in a perfect location, close to the beach (obviously), supermarkets, and restaurants. It was very easy to get to on foot from the train/bus station. The hostel is really clean, and has a killer atmosphere. Ladybird was the best host and she makes the hostel what it is! She makes you feel right at home and has a way of getting all the guests to hang out together...plus she has several amazing stories to tell. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I had a great time at this hostel - it was a bit different than any hostel I've ever stayed at before (in a good way). Comfortable beds, accessible kitchen, a great hangout room where we met a lot of people, and Ladybird as a host is so sweet and nice. Short walk to the beautiful beaches of Split. I recommend staying here!

Had a great stay at the beach hostel. Ladybird was very friendly and helpful! Only a couple minutes to the beach and about 5-10 minutes from the palace.

Ladybird was very helpful and friendly. We actually booked the wrong date but she still allowed us to change the period of stay. Location is very near to the beach in Split. And Split is not a large city afterall so it's walkable to city center.
