A good place in a charming pub.

This is not a hostel but a pub-hotel.

its a nice calm place , but for the price we've payed its fine !

The staff doesn't changed our used and dirty mugs and we musted clean its by ourselves!!!

Check in time is 11-15 a.m. So early morning check in is not possible at all. They haven't received any call before 11-00 o'clock.

A very clean and cheap hotel. Not very close to the centre of London but with the Underground you can go in 15/20 minutes. Very clean and friendly. I've taken a double room, there's a fridge in it, a boiler, a TV....every morning staff clean my room and fill it with tea, corn flakes, milk.......amazing!

the best place you can get for the money. clean, secure (back door entry so you don't have to go through the pub), 10min walk from picadilly line which will get you anywhere and around shops and restaurants that are open late. practical and affordable. i would recommend this place for sure.

It should just have a better security closing on the room doors.

First of all we booked a triple private room, at it was booked when we arrived. So we got 2 double rooms instead. That wasnt to cool. Second, the staff seemed pretty careless about everything, and didnt seem friendly. But the location, and bar downstairs really makes up for everything, and therefore it was nice. Can only recommend it for people that doesnt spend to much time at the hotel, and for people going to white hart lane!!

Good, safe place to stay for the price, but not what we were expecting. It's an old-style pub not-too-far-from-the-London-action: old codgers watching sport in the ground floor bar, the 2 floors above have been converted into accommodation. There's no reception as such- it's open pub hours, you let yourself in via a back door at night. Pros: big shops opposite, helpful staff (when they're there!), ample clean loos/showers, v. quiet. Cons: harder to find than expected, a good walk from the tube.

Staff were friendly & considerate. The room was good, bed nice & we were impressed we had a washbasin in our room, a fridge, microwave & TV. We were pleasantly surprised to see that breakfast cereal, orange juice, milk & tea/coffee were included. Minor suggestions for improvement would be to provide another towel so guests have a towel each, liquid soap in shared bathrooms & toilets/bathrooms be cleaned & checked on more regularly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would stay there again. Thanks!

great hostel for this price only the shared bathroom was a disadvantage.

The place was still being built when we stayed. This and the pub down stairs made it unbearably noisy. The furniture was dubious and the room cleaned only once in 3 nights
