Great staff, but a total lie on a "great location". The description said a 5 minute walk from Red Square, It's actually closer to 20, and that's if you know exactly where to go. We got extremely lost trying to find it because of how poorly the directions they gave were. The staff was great though and helped a lot
The location is good, only have to walk down the one big road novy arbatska and you walk straight into the kremlin, about 15 min walk. Close to arbatskaja touristic street, which is nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful!! A lot of Russians living at the hostel though but I think that is quite normal for Moscow. Only toilets could be cleaner, was quite dirty when I was there. Showers are good and wifi perfect. Overall it is a fine place to stay.
It was very neat and clean. Most of the staff was very nice. It's a bit difficult to find, this could simply be because I don't speak Russian, but it was a good location. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean and there was always one open to use. It was my first time staying in a hostel so it was a little difficult to get used to the cramped sleeping space in the dorms but I would assume that is the same at every hostel. I would stay here again if I came back to Moscow.
Was difficult to find the hostel with the directions indicated in the site, specially at night. It definitely should be improved. The kitchen is good as well as the rooms and showers. Good location, just 15 minutes walk to Red Square and very close to metro station and shops.
People in charge not too gently. And not speaking english for certains topics that are common in a hostel. Just two showers and W.C. to share. Good point, they have a printerand a Iron for globaal use and it's located close to a metro station and many shops.

The location of the hostel was very good. we stayed in the twin bed private room the room was very small and has no window opening outside .also there was no ventilation system in the room. The only thing in the room except the beds was an electric fan.. But it only sirculates the air inside of the room. the room was very hot with no fresh air. İt was hard for me to sleep but if you go there to stay in the dorms probably it will be better for you. Don't expect a comfortable private room there!
Had a few problems with our booking which the manager refused to fix. The place was absolutely huge. Around 100 people staying at the hostel at once. Not a very social atmosphere. Wifi was really good. Kitchen was clean. No drinking in the hostel. Overall we were unimpressed.
Need better directions for hostel. Took us over an hour to find with the help of Russians. Otherwise central location and friendly staff. We got lockers for our valuables.
I find the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. I am a little uncomfortable that men and women can share the same bed, but this may be because I am an old man.
Hostel was hard to find following instructions given by hostel.
