To be honest to the travelers , this is not a friendly hostel. People staying there are not travelers most of them. The people LIVING there always in a bad mood. People going for an work interview or actually living there. When get there in the entrance stinks coz a bunch of shoes there. I don't recommend to do the laundry there. Dryer doesn't work and they want you to twice to dry it is well. Just one guy of the crew is really friendly. The other just treat you like a government employee
It's not that far from metro station. You can go walk to not only st. Arbat but also Kremlin and Red square. There is not enough space in the room (8 beds room )because of big bed. But big beds are comfortable. Locker is not that big.
Very clean and organized hostel, walking distance to all the main tourist points in moscow. Would definetely recommend for a friend.

The only good things about this hostel is the location and wi-fi. There was not hot water, the receptionist was not friendly at all, they locked the bathroom in the afternoon and most of the information was in Russian. I don't recommend this hostel
Hostel staff not very helpful. Atmosphere is not very nice if you're looking for friends to hang out. Good location, tidy bedroom and bathroom
A good hostel- im going to stay there again. I dont like the area very much but thats a personal opinion. THe staff are very helpful (they could speak english which was very helpful to me) They have lockers for valuables, the rooms are clean and tidy. It is run very efficiently. Lacking a little in atmosphere and they are quite strict about drinking in the hostel. But a friendly place to get a good nights sleep.
Excellent place to stay in Moscow with staff that speaks also in english!

I'd stay there again, but. . . 1) the girl at the front desk snarled at me when I asked (in Russian) if she spoke English 2) they nickel and dime you for things that would be free at other hostels 3) it's a dry hostel and they don't tell you up front that booze and being drunk is forbidden 4) lockers are tiny and cost extra On the plus side the security is great and it was very clean
