This hostel is so good! At first, the staff appeared to be cold and the room was a little bit too hot with smell of sweat, but when you lived in, you will feel everything comfortable, Nadir is so nice!(thank you so much for getting moreno's contact for me) and the girl staff is helpful too, the hostel is near to metro station with a lot of restaurants and pubs around, the atmosphere is so nice, there are so many cool young people, highly recommended!

A great hostel! Close to lots of sources of good food and tourist destinations such as Red Square and the Kremlin! Metro is close by too. Hostel was noisy sometimes (though it was always quiet after 11pm - I was in bed early because of the time change). Highly recommended for a stay in Moscow!

The staff was very nice, so the attention was good. Cleanliness was acceptable. Athough there was no place to keep safe personal belongings. There were no lockers.

Very nice hostel in the center of Moscow. Easy enough to find, extremely helpful staff that were totally willing to work with me. Free and strong Wi-Fi. Only complaint was that the atmosphere was kind of odd. There was an old woman who seemed to be awake 24/7, never changed clothes, and she was constantly going in and out of the women's shower, which smelled. Lots of guys playing online poker all night. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

Bear Hostels on Mayakovskaya has been like a small home in a cold city as Moscow is. The receptionist have not doubted in helping us at any moment and they have been always worried about our problems, they always have held out their hands to us. The hostel is a floor placed very centric since it is possible you reach the Red Place by walking without no problem. The rooms are very clean and warm, and the common zone is very comfortable and and a very familiar atmosphere is breathed. ThankYou!!

nice looking and clean hostel, feels more like hotel. at first the staff couldn't find my reservation, but otherwise was very helpful. alcohol is not allowed. sometimes you can wait for like 10 minutes ringing the intercom until the staff opens the door. little boilers in showers are not powerful enough to heat the water. 8-bed rooms facing the street can be very noisy during the night.

Great location with very amenable staff. The hostel was clean and modern, and had a sense of home about it. It was also very good value for money. Would recommend it to anyone.
