Helpfull guy on reception, the room is very good and clean, about 25 minutes walking from central station, we highly recommend this hotel

In relation to the price and service I would say it´s fair. The personal was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was include and the room was clean

The hotel is great. And the breakfast too. The Doen side is that is far from the centre.

Direction to this good hostel is not very clear on this website. In my opinion, travelers can take tram 92 or 93 and stop at 'Stephnie'. Follow the map and you won't miss it. Staff are nice and the room worths the price! I love the all-you-can-eat breakfast, it was awesome!

Wow! My parents and I came from Germany and after hours of driving in the blazing sun, it was a great suprise to enter a hostel that comfortable and with such an inviting atmosphere. We experienced a warm welcome and were nearly knocked out by the large choice regarding the breakfast buffet. Leaving aside the cleanliness of the room, one had a fantastic view on the city centre nearby. Merci beaucoup pour la possibilité de découvrir un tel beau site à Bruxelles!!

I'd stay again!:)

Although I had to stay here because all of the hostels were booked over the weekend, it was a nice break from the dorm-style rooms at hostels. I enjoyed having wifi. Breakfast was also nice.

Far from the city center and nothing to do nearby. I don't think the hostel is linked with any types of tours since when we asked for a map, instead of getting a helpful map with suggested activites like we've received at other hostels, we received a very useless map that was difficult to read. Room looked like it was from the 70s but it was clean.

There is a tax per day not included in the price of the site. Must pay attention.

All in all, the staff was very friendly and helpful.Location, breakfast and price were the best things of this hotel. However our bedroom furniture looked tired and the bedside lamps were sticky and dusty as they looked that hadn't been cleaned for months. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned when we arrived or after the second day of our stay. There was even sheets of toilet paper on the floor. The toilet flush didn't work properly. There were patches of damp on the bathroom ceiling. Not clean.

Kind, very helpful staff, with very good breakfast and very clean and safe. Didn't like the location, as it was around 1 km away from the nearest metro station (Louise) and we didn't have access to more information of transports to come to know of other means. The toilet had some problem that the floor was always soppy for three days. Very good value for money though, compared to the expensive hostels in Brussels!

Very clean and comfortable hotel! Great for the price, great and helpful staff!

We had a great stay. The room was great, and we had a private bathroom. The staff gave maps to help us, and the breakfast was delicious. : ) I just did not like the wi fi because it just worked outside the room.

It's a very clean hostel but it's on a hill so if you have big luggages take a cab :-). But it's woth it because it's a quiet place and not far from the centre, just about 2 km.

The hostel is very cheap and so you need to think carefully about this when you consider staying here. The first room we were in had water dripping from the ceiling in the shower. Everything looked neat but tired. However much of the furniture had a sticky feel to it that was rather unpleasant. We asked for a different room and to their credit we were moved. However, the bathroom wasn't very clean and smelt. There was a crack in a mirror and again everything was sticky. It was VERY cheap though.

Nice Hotel, really helpful staff who went out of their way to help you out. Big rooms and really good breakfast in the morning. A 15 minute walk to city centre, but in a lovely area
