Floor coverings smelled bad. Isolation of the room was poor.

We got a room that smelled smoke, there were no "real" blanket just an old "rug". Breakfast was better than expected!

I think this hotel is a great bargain and the breakfast was included. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Metro (although the way to the hotel is up quite a hill). The staff was very friendly, patient with our terrible french, and incredibly helpful when we had a minor medical emergency. The room was clean, larger than expected, and checkout wasn't until 14:00. I would recommend to anyone passing through Brussels and I would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. And they arranged it for me at 6am because I had to leave early!

The beds are really so uncomfortable. I\'ve stayed there for 4 nights and had back pain after the first night. So be advised.

The hotel is situated next to a bus stop but not near the underground station. Breakfast is good but the room where it is served is too small and there aren\'t enought tables for everybody. The toilet was very smelly.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. For the moment we walked in and went up the tiny elevator, we knew that we stumbled on a gem. Although it was just a three star hotel, we felt like we paid a hostel price while getting great value. We still rave about the breakfast to this day as they had cereal, bread, eggs, and cheese and meat, along with coffee and juice. We paid the same amount for this hotel as we did a lot of hostels in Western Europe and this placed trumped them all.

Very nice place. Clean, safe and the staff were awesome. Highly recommend. Breakfast included. The only negative, although slight is the location is off the beaten path. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing customer service! They gave us free continental breakfast even though we actually were not set to check in until later that night.

I have booked a room with Beau Site and cancelled the reservation sending a mail directly to them in the policy times, they answer that it was all ok but anyway they have take money from my credit card for the first night, and they don't want to refund me for this, even if I show them the conversation. Cheating people!

The heating wasn't great. We weren't cold by any means, but the room definitely could have been warmer. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful.

I was on a work trip and it would have been nice if the hotel had had a bar or restaurant, however the staff recommended some good places that were close by. Easy to get to the metro station and shopping streets were close, so the location was good.

We were a group of nine people. A teacher and 8 students from Western Lofoten upper secondary school. We had a pleasant stay there, and everything was perfect.
