I truly enjoyed my stay at B3 GuestHouse. The home is lovely and the owner, Philip, keeps it impeccably clean. He also provided me with some great information about Brussels and the sights that were worth seeing. The location is about a 25 minute walk from the city center, but that never bothered me. However, if you think the location may be a problem, there is a metro station extremely close to the house with trains that will get you to the city center in just a few minutes.

Philip is very kind and interesting. Tells you all about the city, art and culture. His place is beautiful, exotic, atmospheric and very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless clean, spacious and comfy. The Belgian breakfast is sweet, tasty and nourishing. The area has shops, restaurants and good transport. You can walk to the city center in 20 min. Note: you can't check in before 6.30pm or late, you pay upfront in cash, you keep quiet after 10pm, the common area closes at some point after 11pm.

Amazing house+impeccably clean.Metro 2 min walk from the house and is conencted to the main lines (3+4) for the center and the train station. Breakfast is standard (toast, fruit, tea coffee) but good. Philip is very accomadating offering advice+books. As this is a guest house, an "independent spirited" traveller may find it uncomfortable being under the owner's constant watch when in the kitchen or communal areas and it often felt like I couldn't be "trusted" to be left alone -rather demeaning.
