we loved bed&bed Milan was amazing. nicest most helpful staff. always saw someone cleaning. easy access to the bus. would def recommend for people going to Milan.

We appreciated bed linens and fresh towels/soap every day. But the staff was not very helpful-- they didn't seem to know much about the area such as nearby restaurants. From experience at other hostels, I've seen many brochures for visitors and the employees were able to speak English very well. We knew the hostel was not in the city centre, but the photo was very deceiving, as was the general description. It was in a dirty part of the city, not a friendly suburb.

A very acceptable place to stay when you want to visit Milano. In around half an hour you walk to the city center. The hostel is what we could expect for the money.

Very clean hostel. A bit out of the way, but the value is good and it's only 1.5 EUR to get to city center.

This hostel was very nice. The staff was really helpful. The rooms were pretty clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was ok. It was about a 20 minute walk from the hostel to the yellow line (line 3- to the Duomo/center of city) but it was fine! I would really recommend the restaurant "The Timeout 3" on a corner right by the hostel. It had AMAZING italian food! overall, it was a really nice stay!

This hostel was one of the cleanest i have stayed in. The rooms were large with a TV, towels were provided fresh each day and the bathrooms were immaculate. Although it was a 10 minute tram away from the centre we found that we could find cheaper meals surrounding the hostel. Breakfast and air con are not included in the price but apart from this its a great place to stay!

Very good accommodation.. friendly staff... a bit far from the city center.. the room was the best we had through out the trip and it also had the lowest price of all... the only negative thing is that it only had two bathrooms and we had to climb the stairs to reach any of them. Btw Milan is very empty in August... everything was closed and everyone was out of town.
