room was extremely cold, we had to sleep in coats! staff was pretty nice and friendly. Location can be considered nice, you can take just one tram to go to duomo (takes about 15-20 min). No hairdryers in private rooms.

Good for the price but a little far from the center, we had to walk a lot because the day we left there were no trams.

Very kind staff, nice breakfast! Not too close to the city center but very well linked to it.

Our stay was good here. The bed was a little bit unconfortable, and was a little cold in the room. The room was very clean every day. At night or in the morning the public transport was horrible. We have to walk at 3 a.m. 2 hours to the central station. If you go with taxi its ok, but very expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to pay for the breakfast 4 euro/person each day.
