The Staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. The toilets and bath could thou need an improvement.

Never seen that before (everything is automated). A person open you the door remotely (via SMS), then you take your magnetic card in the living room (your key to access your room and leave the hotel). And finally you put the money in their mailbox when you leave the place at the end (if you don't have cash, there is a bank close to the hotel).

Everyting was great during my stay there. I forgot the cable of my computer in the room and wrote an e-mail to them to get it back later but they did not reply my e-mail.

Nice clean room just outside the city centre - only a 15 minute tram ride away. Internet worked well, and a delicious buffet breakfast was available for 4 euros extra. Excellent value considering Milan can be expensive for accomodation.

We were only able to stay one night in Bed&Bed Milan, but our stay was a pleasant one. The nice staff and clean facilities were appreciated. It was a quiet place, but I'm sure that if we would have stayed more time, we would have met more people. The directions provided on the website are very useful. We would stay here again!

Located really close to LIDL to buy some food, also shop with ice cream and relatively cheap chinese restaurant. Its not that far from city center, but also direct tram goes there...

We had an excellent stay here, the staff was friendly, helpful and were able to accomidate our needs. It was a little far from the city center but easy to get to by tram. The rooms were simple but nice and a decent breakfast was included.

It takes maybe 15/20 minutes to go to certain places in the center, but it is very easy with the tram, which is just in front of the hostel. Note that the area around was safe and with a couple supermarkets, but not exciting to visit or go out. In exchange, the hostel is nice for its price. I had a shared bathroom but it was extremely clean. Internet worked well, the place was calm, no curfew. If you come in a small group of 3 or 4, sharing one of those bedrooms is probably your best option.

We were really satisfied of the hotel in regard to the price. The location was a bit far but that was not a problem thanks to the tram (20min from Duomo). Also the bathroom was shared and that's maybe the only negative point cause of the queue. A sink in the bedroom would have been nice. The staff was really nice.

we loved bed&bed Milan was amazing. nicest most helpful staff. always saw someone cleaning. easy access to the bus. would def recommend for people going to Milan.
