Had a fantastic stay, shame it as only for one night. Brilliant host, comfy bed and if I had have been able to stay a little longer I would have learn a whole lot about Palermo. Next time :) Thanks, Garett

Our stay at B&B Alla Vucciria was fantastic! From the first moment until the last Claudio took care of us in every way, giving us advice and information on the city, culture and history. The B&B is very clean, spacious and beautiful, feels like staying at a friends house. The surrounding streets might feel a bit dodgy at first, however its a safe and actually a very lively and charismatic area. Thank you so much Claudio, you're a legend!

At first glance this place is a little menacing at night. In the off-season the street is vacant and most buildings are under construction. However, Vucciria has a wonderful and personable welcoming committee and rooms fit for Kings. Just a 15 min walk away from the Palermo train station, down the street from an authentic fish market, and close to the Old City. If you want to stay in the heart of Sicily, away from tourists, this is the place to go!

Great place. Accommodation very comfortable with big rooms, including a wonderful prepared gorgeous breakfast. Super Host “Claudio”, is willing to share the „insides“ of Palermo. He really took care that we had a lovely and great Palermo experience. Nice restaurant recommendations, helpful car parking information, unforgettable town stroll during which he was explaining the important backgrounds of the sights and secret places that only town grown people know. Best marks for him.

I just spent a couple of nights at Alla Vucciria and had a wonderful time. Claudio and Dorothea were great hosts. On the first night I arrived late and they offered to share their delicious dinner with me. On the second night they took me on a tour of the historic area of Palermo and pointed out interesting places/events that would not readily be found/available with a typical tour. The hostel is in a colorful area of the historic district and provides a true Italian experience...

Claudio is a lovely man who will do your best to make you feel welcome. He works hard to make sure that you feel comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm. A great place to stay.

B&B alla Vucciria is an absolutely lovely place right in the middle of Palermo. Claudio is a truly nice person and could not be more welcoming. He made me feel right at home and gave me lots of helpful advice on what to see and where to eat. I really loved breakfast: there were warm croissants and bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, tomatoes, olive oil... Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope to be back soon!

Claudio was very welcoming, he really looked after us and the breakfast was fab! It was very much home from home. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great !! Delicious breakfast, clean room and also bathroom (with hot water)... The place is closed to everywhere..!! Everything was perfect. Claudio is very friendly and helpful. He also makes the effort to spend time with the guests. Are you looking somewhere to stay in Palermo ?? Don't think anymore !! Bed and Breakfast Alla Vucciria is the best...
