No soap in the WC, towels were small and rough to the touch. No washcloth, shampoo, hair dryer provided. Toilet paper dispenser was empty. Entire facility was cold and smelled like cigarette smoke. I did not feel safe or welcome. After spending part of an afternoon at this facility, I found a hotel in the area and changed locations. Management did not express concern that I was unhappy and did not offer to refund even a portion of the money I had paid upfront. I lost more than 120 euro.

They couldnt take our bags before we checked in, when the owner was there anyways or after we checked out as we had to check out at 10Am and were not catching our ferry till 10 pm. They should have at least said this before had as all other places do this Internet only worked in the hallway Pretty clean and the beds were comfy The road was so noisy it was very hard to sleep. We had to keep the window open as it was very hot in the room B&B's provide breakfast, this one charged extra for it

I thought this was a great place, he staff member we met (the owner?) was very pleasant and helpful, The hostel and its surroundings ere full of charcter. The location was central, very very convenient,.and the hostel itself was spotlessly clean and very pleasantly furnished. And the cost was very reasonable. Thankyou.
