The hostel was full of smoke, but only in the common hall. In general I liked their rooms, they have very nice and comfortable beds with soft and warm blankets (which is, I would say, unusual for hostels)

absolutely no problem with anything, easy and fast check-in (even though check-in was from 11:00 and we arrived around 10:00, the guy let us in), room was spacious and clean, with balcony too..very close to central train station, bars and shops nerby..

The hostel owner was not helpful at all. We arrived earlier than 11am, called from outside the building only to be told to come back 2 hours later and that there was no way we could store our bags there until then. We were surprised that what we thought we had booked (a private apartment) turned out to be just a room with no kitchen facilities. However the room was nice and the hostel is close to the train station/centre of the city.

I didnt like this hostel too much, the guy who works there seems to be the owner but is not helpful at all, and is not interested in being even a little bit welcoming, also he is there for like 3 hours each day. You cant leave your baggage before or after your stay and its the first time I've seen that in a hostel. The location is technically good but its not the best part of the city. The room was big and comfortable but the rest of the place stinks of cigarettes.

It was a good location, very close to the old city, and 2 minutes from the train station. The staff was very nice, but did not offer information, only given if asked. The room was very big and clean, the bathroom too, but there is not a common kitchen. If I ever go back to Bari I would definitely stay in this accomodation again and I would recommend it.

Very good hostel! My room was very beautiful, clean and large. There was a huge TV and balcony. The bathrooms are complete with shower and are always clean. Breakfast is not included but was not a problem for us because we went out early in the morning. Wi-fi is free and you can use your laptop in your room. The owner is always helpful and offered us a welcome drink, maps, city information. Finally, the place is very central, near the station and there are many nice shops for shopping.

No soap in the WC, towels were small and rough to the touch. No washcloth, shampoo, hair dryer provided. Toilet paper dispenser was empty. Entire facility was cold and smelled like cigarette smoke. I did not feel safe or welcome. After spending part of an afternoon at this facility, I found a hotel in the area and changed locations. Management did not express concern that I was unhappy and did not offer to refund even a portion of the money I had paid upfront. I lost more than 120 euro.
