Accommodation:
Lovely furnitured rooms in old building quietly situated near the center (by tram or on foot 10 Minutes to the Main Station), Waldpark (forest) and River Rhine. Flat as a whole can also be requested for you alone or your family. The prices stated are for one room. Please consider that you are asked to pay cash at your arrival.

Attractive Building from the beginning of this century with high walls and laminated floor on the 4th floor (88 steps) or in the ground/first floor. A fully fitted kitchen with modern stove, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Very quiet area. 15 km to Heidelberg. 25 km to the Palatinate, 1 hour to France and Alsace.

Equipment:
Towels included. Coffee and various teas are available exempt from charges at the reception. We have a hair dryer and an iron at your disposal. Breakfast is provided for at least two guests. Please ask the price.
If you need to do a little work while you're here, we provide internet, fax and photocopying services. Should you wish to ride a bike, you can do so, for a small fee in our office in the same building.
We do not accept credit cards nor cheques.

Building:
The rooms are in a manorial old building anno 1908, which is used as multi-family house with offices.

Environment:
The big forest near by and the river Rhein make the 'Lindenhof' to one of the most beautiful districts of Mannheim. Bakery and shopping center are close by.
