The staff I met are extremely friendly and helpful, the location is very good. My only dislikes are relative to the bathroom - shower warmed too, had not sufficient light (only one spot direcioando ceiling), lacked a bit of jealousy - and lock the bedroom door, which was a bit loose.

Awesome location, great service. Just bring some earbuds, because the architecture of the hostel means you can hear perfectly any conversation happening on the ground floor. A bit annoying when someone gets in from their red-eye flight at 7am...

It's a plenty fine place to stay. It's just a little lacking in fun. If you want to stay at a quiet, clean, affordable place it's fine, but it's a little dark and lonely after 6 days.

One of the very best hostels in Mex. city. ample rooms, very confi beds. staff really friendly and helpful, location is easy to get from the airport and is only half a block from Insurgentes Metro Station also is situated almost next to the Zona Rosa a famous night spot in the city. every morning they serve U a hearthy mexican breakfast. all in all the best Hostel I been in some time. If U do not smoke and r not a party type then I do recomend it.

We had a double with shared bathroom and it was like we are in dorm, you could hear everything. Like there was a curtin. And when we wanted to sleep you turn on machine for cleaning the air, so you could not sleep. don't know why you call this place bed and breakfast. Tortillia with old beans, coffie with milk in powder??? Just personal was good, very helpfull. I would never go here again.

I made a reservation here for two nights, but my flight out was cancelled and I missed the reservation and didn't think to call and cancel. I showed up when I arrived, and while the receptionist was wonderful, the owner refused to rent me a room. He acted childish and rude. I realize he lost business the night I didn't call, but no where on their site did it state that a no-show would result in no service ever. It's a beautiful hostel, perfectly located, and always thriving... if you can get in.

Sorry but here is the true, you made two reservations for two nights each, your friends who where here already told me you found a couch surfing place and you stayed there, but when we have the new years eve party (the last night you reserved was the 30th) you just showed up and wanted to stay for the party with them and I refused. Please be honest!

1. I would expect a hostel to provide free drinking water at least, but we had to buy water bottles there. 2. The bathrooms are extremely congested, although they're clean.

Rooms very small, shower very small, no laundry service, poor safety at the door where they just let anyone come in. Too many stupid rules that kill the enjoyment. Horrible breakfast. Only bread available and some stinky food. Have to pay for towel... Kitchen does not seem friendly for cooking.

Thank you for your inaccurate and offensive comments, we never advert laundry services, the door its been opened every single time when someone rings and we check who is getting in. The food you described as stinky are typical mexican dishes and is offensive you called stinky. Kitchen eem not friendly? ummm ????

Once checked out this hostel isn't interested in you. I was told I had to leave the hostel late afternoon as I had checked out the day before Christmas Eve.. It ment I got to the airport 10hours early for my flight. The hostel was empty and there was no harm in me sitting in the common room area and waiting. This hostel is ok and in a good area just a shame the way they treat guests.

Dear guests our check out time is 11am, you waited at our hostel for 10 hours in our reception until 9pm, sorry for telling you we can not waited you for longer when all our employees need to go home in preparation for Xmas eve wich is a big celebration in Mexico. Sorry for thinking in our employees and their families.

Though I'd try it but I'm over the hostel thing. Pay the extra $20 and get a hotel with own shower and people that will at least pretend they care about your stay. Ok place for back backing young person or European. I'm niether.

they were specially great in arranging a taxi for us, and paying for it. when I reserved the hostel they had this service for free, but when we arrived the service was no longer available, but they kept their word and helped us to get to airport with our 50kg luggage. they were also very kind and helpful in arranging some medicine for my husband, who was very sick. the maid is kind of intrusive, always checking what you're doing in the kitchen, even when you're just making dinner for two...
