In my room was a sign that said, "If you would like to have your room cleaned daily, don't hesitate to ask for it. It's necessary for you to be present at the moment of the cleaning." One day I returned from a day of sightseeing and my room had been cleaned without me being present. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I thought that it was strange given the sign. They also left the window open, which would have allowed other guests to enter my room via the balcony. Not very safe in my opinion.

i m sleeping in hostels all over the world more than 20 years and never had such a bad experience as in this hostel, just because of an extremely rude boss, very unfriendly, a person who only lives for "rules" and "money" he makes a problem of everything

I have stayed in B&B Mexico several times and it is always great. The best is the location of the hostel: you can walk to visit many interesting places of the city (Reforma, Historical Center...). The neighbourhood is at the heart of Roma, Condesa, very close to Zona Rosa, Historical Center, Polanco. Service in the hostel is great, breakfast included. Staff is very helpful, they helped some students who arrived for an exchange program find a place to live.

Everything was more than acceptable, the staff was very helpful, areas were clearly cleaned regularly, and the location was convenient to the metro and in a safe area. A few improvements would be: real coffee at breakfast and shades for the window.

Best hostel in Mexico city, nice top terrace bar really cheap drinks and nice atmosphere, staff super nice and helpfull. The hostel is cozy and it's located in a really safe area (not like the zocalo were I was robbed) here everything was amazing.

The double room was miserable: small, noisy and constructed in such a way as to allow light in from the corridor. The staff was particularly unhelpful and did not seem interested in talking with us. The price of the room was the same as an economic-grade hotel close to the historic center of town but the hostal did not offer the same amenities as hotels of more-or-less the same price. Full price was required at check-in, with no refund possible when I was dis-satisfied.

The hostel is well located, near Roma, Condesa and Zona Rosa, so you can easily go by foot to those places; even to the Chapultepec park, some museums and Reforma. The Breakfast was a nice surprise, the women in the kitchen are fantastic. The staff was efficient, but the guy who was on daytime at the weekend, barely smiled, he was helpful and efficient without doubt, but without a smile, it was not appealing to ask him for help

Had a great time in this hostel, staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of bars near the hostel and the metro is also very near. Breakfast is average, but for the price its a really good hostel!

A bit noisy at times and it was a little weird to have to ring the doorbell to be let in every time. Bathrooms were a bit dirty, but otherwise a great stay.

The two female members of staff were really friendly and welcoming. However the male members of staff were quite rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. They did not help us with our cases and they made an administration mistake and instead of clarifying whether they were correct they rudely and forecfuly tried to kick us out of the room. When booking two extra nights, they also tried to charge us double what the rate actually was. However the location was good and for a hostel it was quite good.

This was the first hostel I had ever been to and my expectations were not high. I was severely disappointed because the hostel was run down, the private rooms look like tiny prison cells and the breakfast was very poor. The staff was great though and extremely helpful but unless this place gets cleaned up a bit I wouldn't recommend it at all. There are some perks though, airport pickup and breakfast included (it might not be the best but at least it is available).

Value for money hostel in good/secure location of Mexico D.F. Girls in the kitchen were really nice, regarding the staff at reception: had the impression they answered our questions just because they could hardly just ignore us. But otherwise, ok choice for Mexico D.F.

The staff were very helpful when we had questions about different parts of the city, the hostel was very quiet at night and situated in a nice part of the city, and the free breakfast really helped save money/time! Thanks to Angel and his staff for a great week in mexico city!

Very nice and helpful guys, they pick you up from the airport when you arrive, which is really great and can arrange a safe taxi ride to the airport when you leave. Very well located.
