It was a good experience overall. Tony is a nice person. He can't speak English at all. So be prepared for a sign language conversation, if you can't speak Italian. His son could be a hope when it comes to an important matter, use very basic English though. This Hostel is away from the city and the last bus from the city leaves at 21.52. And "NO" its a very very long walk, don't even try it if you are not prepared to walk for almost 2 hours (without getting lost). The bus ride takes 20 minutes.

I felt somewhat unsafe in this property - it is literally an old man's house with two rooms upstairs that you get to through a narrow staircase - very unlike any normal B&B. Staff did not speak any English and for us (being a group of 18 year old girls) felt very uncomfortable in this very unusual atmosphere.
