very close to the southern gate of the old town, about 10 minutes' walk to Tha Pae gate or 2 minutes cycling, which is not bad. very clean and fairly big room with bathroom and little terrace, fan wardrobe & reading lamp etc are all provided, the window is quite big so it's quite breezy in the evening. it's not for partying but if you want a quiet place to have a good night of sleep after a full day of activities, i'd definitely recommend this place! good value for money too.

they clean our room everyday! and have free banana and coffee! it is value for money. although the location is a bit far from the tourist place, but if you like to stay at a place surrounded by locals. it is the choice! we like the ping pong table very much. It is very good quality!

Very nice rooms! Very helpful and friendly!!!

Everything was wonderful - especially all the help we received from all of the staff!! The room was also much nicer and bigger than we initially expected; however, the only complaint we had were the shower curtains. It was the only part of the room that made our stay a little uncomfortable. They were kind of dirty and maybe even had some mold(?) growing on it. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for all of your help!

We only got to stay here for 1 night as they were fully booked but we loved it! Although it's a little out of the centre, it's not a huge walk - we hired bikes anyway. The guy at the front desk was absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was huge and had everything - WIFI, TV, balcony, big bathroom, hot shower and a comfortable bed. It's a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it if you're looking for something nicer than your average standard guesthouse.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Bed and Terrace. A warm welcome, friendly staff who go out of their way to help you, a sunny bright and very clean room, in a quiet neighborhood. A little outside the old town district, about a 10 or 15 minute walk.....but bikes are easy and cheap to rent.
