The staff was very helpful and gave good advice. The guesthouse was only a short walk from the old city, great restaurants, massage places (for a reasonable price) and night market (where there is a great food court). We joined a cooking class which was at walking distance. We booked a double room and it has a safe for valuables, wardrobe, a big fridge and tv. Good water pressure in the shower, however the bathroom itself is quite small. A very clean and well maintained place.

The Bed and Terrace Guesthouse was in an excellent location to walk to the Night Bazaar and the general downtown area. The room was clean and very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A couple of the guesthouse workers couldn't communicate in English but a few of them spoke English well and were able to recommend places to visit in Chiang Mai and call a taxi to the airport for me. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

great, really helpful and friendly staff - we got back late from a tour one night and, per our request, they called a restaurant and placed a delivery order for us ... and brought it up to the room! spacious, pleasant room with great natural light and balcony, good a/c,good shower, great wifi even on fourth floor, good location just a couple blocks outside of the old city (very walkable). one of the best places we've stayed in our ten months of travel throughout south america and southeast asia!

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. They We're also very flexible with us as I had booked the wrong number of rooms for too many days and they were very sweet and adjusted it all with no problems. A great place to stay and very clean too.

All of the staff at Bed and Terrace were wonderful! Extremely helpful and welcomed us with open arms. The location was great and about a 10 minute walk to the Night Bizarre. The rooms were nice and very spacious.
