We booked two nights and extended our stay. The staff was really friendly and the rooms very clean. They clean it and change the towels even if you only stay two nights. It is not a party guesthouse but that was what we were looking for. So it was just perfect! Definitely would go there again!

Great rooms-- large, with terrace, shower with curtain, refrigerator, and lots of table space. Great location just outside the Old City. Would definitely recommend!

This Hostel had the look and feel of an Hotel, and a good one at that! We took the suite on the top floor, which gave access to the roof top and a really did feel like a penthouse appartment! The girl on the desk was amazing, showing us to the room and making sure we could use the facilities. She even chased after us with an umbrella as we went out in the rain! The loaction was good, within walking distance of a night market (which sadly wasn't there on the one night we stayed)

Really nice and quiet place to stay. Nice showers and beds not too uncomfortable. Very nice staff, helpful.

This hostel is wonderful! Especially for those who like peace and quiet in the place they are staying. The communal space was always immaculate, as was the room (only wish we had paid more for a/c!). The staff was INCREDIBLE, always so sweet and helpful. They even let us store our bags for two days after we had checked on. That's amazing. Thank you!!

This guesthouse was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and gave great advice about what to do in Chiang Mai. The room was basically like any hotel room, with a secure safe, a balcony with secure locked door, towels, bathroom toiletries, and great windows. The location was within walking distance of the night market, main city area, and other destinations. Definitely recommend!

Really quiet. Great wifi. Helpful staff. Not a social atmosphere though and about a 10-15 walk from the restaurants. Would stay again.

Very nice place for a traveling couple. Rooms are spacious and facilities are clean and new. Depending on your plans in Chiang Mai, some might find it a little out of the way, but in such a small town, it's not a major inconvenience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, watching our left luggage and bringing it up to the room when ready for check in.

Great value, nice place

We stayed there with a friend end of March. It is located on a very quite street about 10 min from the night food bazarre of Chiang Mai so sometimes was hard to find for local taxi drivers. Rooms are very clean and fairly big but it is a very quite place, so unless you are looking for some quite time this is not the place. Hostel atmosphere was lacking and they do not take credit cards for payment, cash only!!!

Great, helpful stuff and wonderful location. Plus an extra thank you for getting our drying clothes away from the storm :)

One of the staff, Dear, was amazing to us during our stay. We were 4 Americans travelling together and they treated us amazingly. Nothing but good things to stay. Place was great and so was the staff, definitely suggest staying here

Clean, quiet and well-located guesthouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. The private rooms are a good size and open onto private terraces, which are very nice. There isn't much going on in terms of socialising, activities, etc, but if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing base from which to enjoy Chiang Mai on a budget, this place is perfect.

Very good location which is close to the old town, more quiet than the GH inside the old town. Very patient staff, help us a lot. Although I don't know why we didn't get the hot water for shower, as we checked in very late, can't find anyone help us. And there's Pingpang desk in lobby, we played Pingpang on the morning before we checked out. I would like to stay here for next time!
