We loved our 2nd stay at bed and terrace. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. We received clean towels and beds evry other day. Great!
It is a superbly located guesthouse with a very nice and helpful staff.
Great location right in the middle of everything in Chiang Mai. Walking distance to many things. The staff are friendly. Limited english (depending on who is manning the front desk). The rooms are great. Only down side is that the shower, toilet and sink were all cramped in a small space and there was no separate tub for the shower (so the whole bathroom gets wet). Showers were luke-warm. There's free coffee/tea downstairs & a table tennis table.
This was the best hostel we have stayed in and have been travelling around SE Asia for 7 weeks! We added 2 extra nights. Staff were fantastic, very helpful when booking trips! Overall a great place - thank you!!
Short walk from everywhere but not in the centre so can sleep at night. Had such a good stay here we came back for a few more nights. Beds are comfy, hot showers wifi, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. A nice place to have a good sleep in a nice room for a cheap price - not a party place
This was a great little hotel in an excellent location - a short walk to the night market area. A great room with a balcony and a safe. We hired a motor bike elsewhere, and they even let us keep it inside the foyer overnight so that it was safe. Great service.
We only stayed one night because of scheduling issues (with us, not the hostel) but it seemed like a pretty good spot. The room was clean, very friendly staff, they have a ping pong table, and they're within walking distance of the night market and the best restaurants and bars. Probably would've stayed longer if we were able to.
The rooster started crowing at 0500 and did not stop until 0900. Then loud speakers at the local school were making noise. We only stayed one night because of this, and canceled the rest of our stay. The staff was understanding and accepted our cancellation with grace.

Very nice staff allowed us to leave bags whilst on a trek. Ping pong table is a bonus. Rooms are spacious with nice balconies. Good location near bars/restaurants.
We had the nicest room in the hotel for one night. It was the penthouse and had a huge balcony overlooking a mountain. Great huge room. Cant review the hostel in general cos not there long enough and not in the cheaper rooms. Would recommend that penthouse room for a treat tho and only about $15 pp. close to night market and bars.
good location, friendly staff

It was an absolute please to stay here I will definitely be staying here again if I come back. The owner is a lovely lady who was so nice and helpful! She gave us a map and told us a little about the city and some good attractions and would greet and converse with you all the time. The other staff were great too, some of their English wasn't the best but they were very helpful. Rooms were clean, though beds a little hard for my liking, and we had great views of the city and mountains.
The room was nice, view was great, and staff were friendly. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Lots of mildew, which would be easy to clean. Roosters are nearby and start crowing about 4:30am. Was super loud so bring ear plugs! Not a bad place but not our favorite either.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff.beautiful big rooms. 10 min from bars and restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there
very close to the southern gate of the old town, about 10 minutes' walk to Tha Pae gate or 2 minutes cycling, which is not bad. very clean and fairly big room with bathroom and little terrace, fan wardrobe & reading lamp etc are all provided, the window is quite big so it's quite breezy in the evening. it's not for partying but if you want a quiet place to have a good night of sleep after a full day of activities, i'd definitely recommend this place! good value for money too.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great place for value too, as well as a nice location. Tip top in my book. Would highly recommend staying here.

they clean our room everyday! and have free banana and coffee! it is value for money. although the location is a bit far from the tourist place, but if you like to stay at a place surrounded by locals. it is the choice! we like the ping pong table very much. It is very good quality!
Very nice rooms! Very helpful and friendly!!!
Everything was wonderful - especially all the help we received from all of the staff!! The room was also much nicer and bigger than we initially expected; however, the only complaint we had were the shower curtains. It was the only part of the room that made our stay a little uncomfortable. They were kind of dirty and maybe even had some mold(?) growing on it. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for all of your help!
