Property Information:

Two self-contained studios on the same floor, located at the high floors of a refurbished building (third floor) in Tower Hamlets, central London, on Commercial Road, 1,5 mile from the TowerBridge and Liverpool Street Station.
3 bus lines day and night, 3 metro station at walk distance. Zone 1!

A Small one with queen sized bed, desk, open concept kitchen, wardrobe and flat tv with digital channels. Ensuited bathroom with shower/bathtub. Microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, 2 windows toward the courtyard.

A larger one with sofa bed, wardrobe, 42' flat tv, digital channels, ensuited bathroom with bathtub/shower, open concept kitchen, tables and chairs, Microwave oven, Oven, tea/coffee maker, free washing machine use in case of min 1 week stay, 3 wide panoramic windows toward the city.

Wifi free internet in all studios.

1. On arrival, cash will be required for the balance but guests can ask for debiting the credit card up to 48 hours before the arrival. 2. Rooms may not be ready until 13.00pm on arrival. Check out time is 10am.

IMPORTANT: We don t keep a reception desk in order to keep our rates so low! Check-in time is on appointment and complaining or bad reviews because of this will be not accepted because the building manager will wait for one hour maximum at the time declared by the guest. In case of no show, no noticed delays (by phone or by email) will be extra charged and waiting hours will be charged on the guest's credit card for gbp25/hour, for a maximum of 4 hours. After 10PM the cost of the late check-in service is gbp25 till midnight and gbp50 after midnight, always on appointment.     The exprience staying in the room was so terrible. There were no hot water for two days and no heater at all!! we're so uncomfortable to be here. we had to stay at the room to fix the boiler, so we lost our time to fix their room, and we could'n sleep well because of the heater system.despite this cold weather, it didn't work! only we could do in the room was using electricity. I never want to go back again.

This includes damage to the apartment building, fixtures, fittings and flood damage. 4. Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion, we feel the conditions have been infringed. The account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances. 5. Improvements, maintenance and changes to the apartments facilities and grounds take place throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative. 6. Liability; personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party, and items of value can be left in the hotel night safe. We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (eg water, gas, electricity etc) or for any disturbance that is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking. 7. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including all the bedrooms. If this ban is ignored, a deep cleaning charge of £100 per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to accept the room, you will be liable for the cost of the alternative accommodation as well. 8. Cars are parked at owners' risk in the street or in the parking place if available 9.
