The exprience staying in the room was so terrible. There were no hot water for two days and no heater at all!! we're so uncomfortable to be here. we had to stay at the room to fix the boiler, so we lost our time to fix their room, and we could'n sleep well because of the heater system.despite this cold weather, it didn't work! only we could do in the room was using electricity. I never want to go back again.

dusty all over the apartment the washroom is too small we were not sure that the towels are clean or not, because the cleanliness in the room is so poor the kitchen equipments are dirty fridge is not clean and not emptied the kettle is so dirty, so many stains the room charges are not clear we were supposingly to check in on the 18th March, but no one was there and we were waiting at the door for 30 minutes, the person in charged didn't contact us, he just emailed me, but how can I check it?
