1. Often there was no one at the front desk, not good for security 2. The dormitory doors did not lock, again a security issues 3. The menus should be in English as well as Chinese 4. The directions to the hostel are too vague to be of any help 5. If a customer has a problem, as I did, the owner/manager should to try to help and not be indifferent to my concerns

Thanks for your comment. 1.There is no one at the front desk momently when eating time,but we have cctv and we will know everything. 2.Each guest has locker in our Dorm, valuables can be put in your locker or deposited in our checkroom, so we dont lock the door of Dorm, it will more convenient to our guests, we dont think its a security issue. 3.We have english menus, you will find if you search more carefully. 4.You are right, we have updated our direction, thank you very much. 5.We have different uderstanding for this issue.

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff. Even the non English speakers. I stayed on a few days passed my original departure date.
