Though a little more expensive, this place had great staff that helped us out so much - tours, places to eat, writing out phrase and places in Chinese. The rooms were clean and the water always hot. Very good service and very clean room. Neat and tidy hostel. The staff also have direction written in chinese you can give to taxi drives etc to ensur eyou get to where your going. A big Help. My Plane was over 2 hours late and I din't arrive until 1am in the morning there airport transfer and service was excellent. Very good service and very clean room. Neat and tidy hostel. Well located Hostel within cool alleys of Beijing. Nearest tube is a bit of a walk but nothing drastic. Staff are extremely helpful when you need help or advice on sites to visit. Do their 8km trek of the great wall, further north with hardly any tourists, stunning. Overall a great hostel.Well located Hostel within cool alleys of Beijing. Best beds that i've ever slept in (in a hostel)....rooms and common areas could use a bit of a clean and maybe some more chinese character. It was a short stay in this Hostel but I liked it! It is in a very nice side Street and not far from everything! The shower is just next to the Toilet and it was dirty!
