Beijing Forbidden City Hostel is located in the Heart of downtown Beijing and right in the main famous sightseeing area, just 200 meters to Forbidden City . 10 min by foot to Tian'anmen Square, 3 minutes by foot to Wangfujing Business Shopping Center where you could enjoy much delicious traditional Chinese food and enjoy yourself in the atmosphere of the famous night club.
Only 2 kilometers from Beijing's main railway station and a 32-kilometer taxi or shuttle bus from the airport.
Great Service: We are a very friendly family and business hostel with helpful ,experience catering towards foreign customers , most of the clients are love to stay the hostel not only the temporary staying but also their home in Beijing. You will have free internet access in the rooms, free wireless in the hall ,free luggage storage and free Chinese teaching on request Also 24-hour reception , we have laundry service ,tickets booking and tourist information,but the laundry service and tickets booking are not free.
Facilities: Our rates for deluxe single room and deluxe double room are a fraction of a standard single and double room cost in others of Beijing, at the private rooms, you will have a private shower and toilet, cable TV, air-conditioning and very effective underground heating , room phone, courtesy toiletries, fresh towels and bedding daily ,Forbidden City Hostel offers most of the amenities any traveler would expect from a full-service standard hostel. The rooms are full equipment, they are more comfortable and modern, we are proud to welcome our old friends and new guests to our hostel just like at your home.
Tours Service
We offer trips to the Great Wall at all sections including the Great Wall at Mutianyu, Badaling, Simatai and Jinshanling.
-Other tours and activities include the Beijing City Tour (Forbidden City & Tian'anmen Square, Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven), Hutong Tour, Beijing Opera, Chinese Acrobatics and Kungfu show.
- Ticket booking including train, flight (both international and domestic) and ferry.

You can also hire a bike and create your own route through the city.

Latest Review
The location is great, but the restaurant-bar was infested with cockroaches. In addition, the bar, which could be a great place to meet other travelers and it's by the way, the only place to use the wifi while sitting (since there isn't wifi signal in the rooms), is closed at 22.30 on a Saturday! Lack of cleanliness in the rooms, specially in the bathroom, no windows... And to top it all, the staff was very rude, except for the woman arranging tours. Never again.
