I had booked Leo Court yard for 2 nights but immediately decided to leave after finding the tiny dorm smelling awfully, maybe because of the two guys in there (maybe travelling for too long , being drunk the night before). It did not help that the rooms face the dark shabby corridors and do not have windows. the bathroom are dumb without windows as well, and the smell enters the dorms. Although hutongs and major tourist spots are close, I still would not recommend the place.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The dorm rooms and facilities were a little sub-par, but it may have also been a result of the other guests in the dorm. Great location, within walking distance of many sites and great restaurants. The 24 hour bar is also a plus ;)

Good place to stay, western toilets. English speaking staff. 24 hr bar for the the late night weekend night cap. Rooms were good, the specific room I stayed in was nice but ... The bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall down lol and kinda moldy. But I've done traveled all over the world, so in that regard this was a 5 star resort lol. Make sure to go have a few drinks at the original Leo hostel just down the street. Should be noted aswell that street food in the area is great!

I did not like this hostel. It is dark and depressing. Everything seems to be falling apart. Upon arrival we had issues with the payment. The first two nights we spent in a room with a shower that did not work properly. For the last night we transferred over to a different room and the shower there head no shower head? Then we were given another room where the sink tap broke. The receptionist were friendly but not very helpful. It's the worst hostel I've ever stayed in...

I had fleas in my bed, no hot water, dirty room and dark atmosphere. I just stayed 2 hours than I moved in another hostel (the area of QIENMEN is full of hostels). I don't reccomend at all this hostel. To be completely honest I've to say that some other people I met had no complains about this hostel. Maybe I just was unlucky with my room. But some other people I met had my same impression.

The staff is not very nice, they don't try to help. My room was not very clean and I have to change it because water run from upstairs into my bathroom. It was cold and I can't have internet.

It was a great location, but the room was cold and the bed was hard. They're in the middle of rennovations so maybe in a couple of months it'll be better.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke to the taxi drivers when we didn't know where we were going and handed out free water before our trip to the great wall! The atmosphere is great with everyone mixing in well thanks to hostel activities such as the "family dinner" which was lovely. I'd definitely recommend staying here !!!!!

I've really enjoyed my stay there. People from the staff are very nice. The location is perfect, between hutongs and big streets (near the subway). The decor inside make you feel like if you lived in a real beijing house. A lot of people traveling alone and good exchanges thank you for manager Noodles

The staff is really helpful, the rooms are clean and safe and the common area is pretty cool. We joined their dumpling making workshop which was a lot of fun. Definitely reccommend this place, we'll be back before we leave China!

At the walls were fungi. The on-wall was crumbling. The shower head didnt work very well. Just a small water jet. The floor wasnt cleaned each day. Under the beds were still things from persons which slept there before or nights before. Also in the entrance there were sculptures with a lot of dust. It seems so that it doesnt mind if it is clean or not. The food in the hostel was good. The bar was always empty.
