The owner of Bel Horizon had emailed me about my arrival time, and I let her know that we would be in late. When we showed up at the property, we rang the bell for at least 15 minutes with no answer. When another tenant walked out of the building, we got in, but were unable to find the hotel door -- no labels or directions. In fact, aside from the one tenant, we saw no one. After half an hour we were forced to conclude that there was no one to let us in, and we had to find another hostel.

Don´t offer your services if you don´t have the means to comply what you offer, It´s offensive to give to the clients an improvised space as a bed room.

we live in the apartment not in the hostel and it was really very good. We were super comfortable and Sara was very friendly. The breakfast was yummy!

At first the location near Termini Station can seem somewhat 'rough', however that is just the nature of this part of town. Just around the corner on Via Carlo Alberto there is the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore along with some cafes and a stop for the hop on/hop off bus. Sandra was especially lovely, inviting and very kind and staying in this B&B was great, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and friendly atmosphere. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

We had an excellent stay at Bel Horizon. The hostal is situated near to Termini station, so you can easily get to airport. Sandra is very welcoming, nice and helpful. I would recommend Bel Horizon to everybody who are looking for a economic stay in Roma.

Sandra was very helpful and arranged alternative accommodation for us due to the fact that our room had a water problem in the on-suite bathroom. She even arranged a taxi to drop us off at one of her other rental units not far from Belhorizon.

Nice rooms, but with only one shared bathroom. Sandra was very helpful and it is just a 10 minute walk from Termini station, in an area with great ethnic food.

Sandra, the owner, was very kind and attentive. She helped us find the most important attractions in Rome and explained how to get there. We, a company of 3, stayed in a large private bedroom for 2 days. After a long day of exploring the city Bel Horizon was a very comfortable place to rest!

Sandra is very good but the suite that we had booked wasn't free so we had to share bathroom. There wasn't hot water every time and the bath isn't good. I do not recommend.

Sandra, the Hostelkeeper, is a very nice person, willing to help and answering questions! The Hostel itself has character and is very close to Termini-Station. You have a 5-minutes walk. It's clean and you get a tasty breakfast. Also you get very fast everywhere by foot and if you can't walk anymore, there is a lot of public transportation. My sister and I had a pleasant stay there and would go back there every time again!

Located in a reasonably convenient part of a fairly unsavory city (being Rome). We were very sceptical upon arrival when greeted by the hostel manager (Sandra) who claimed that there were no rooms available (despite booking in advance) and they we could stay at her friend's house instead. After refusing such an option we managed to get a room on the top (7th) floor right above an irritable asian lady and her family's permanent house, who enjoyed complaining about noise despite living in a hostel
