Bela Guesthouse Reviews

A nice private place in one of Lagos' suburbs, very close to the beach Porto do Mos, rather far from the city centre. We had some difficulty in locating the address. The owners are very helpful, maybe even a little too attentive. Room / bathroom / house were nice & clean. We had breakfast in the sunny patio - great! As there's been robbery in the past, we always had to shut the windows when we left the house which we found a little uncomfortable. Still, it's been a pleasant stay. I recommend it!

All we can say about our stay at Bela Guesthouse is that it was simply fantastic. Our room was great, and all the facilities are very nice and clean. The location is a bit out of the center, but it in really nice neighborhood, close to the beaches. Isabela and Florival are excellent hosts, always helpful and full of character. If you stay here don't forget to ask them to chip in for a really REALLY tasty dinner. We did and it was one of the best meals we had in Portugal.

Very friendly people, everything was fine!

It was a great experience, we loved it! The hosts are super caring, friendly and ready to help you in anything you may need. If you want to be relax and in a good location, then this is the perfect guest house for you. It has parking space, the rooms and bathroom was very comfortable and clean, you can use the kitchen, and even prepare a BBQ. The house is near beautiful beaches which you can walk to and is 3-5 minutes by car to the center of Lagos. We will return next year, for sure!!

We had a great stay at the guesthouse. The owners Florival and Isabel are really nice and tried to help in every possible way (they borrowed us their bike, helped with the bbq, showed the good spots and more). We had the double room with private bathroom and it really was worth the money: very clean, a large balcony and nice bathroom. The beach is a 5 minute walk away from the house, the city centre takes 20 minutes. If you're looking for a relaxed and quiet place to stay, then this is perfect!

This hotel is really excelent. It was great pleasure to stay there few days. Everything was as good as you can see in the pictures on the website. The owners are fantastic! They are very helpful and nice. We felt there like at home- really. I can strongly recommend that place. For that price it is the best apartment in lagos! Paulina& Pawel from Poland
