The Hostel is awesome! Super clean, super comfy and great atmosphere. As everyone says, it's like an apartment where you get to share and know everyone. Lilly, the host, just the best. The hostel is amazing! Lili is incredibly nice and helpful, she'll show you the best places to go in Vienna. The apartment has a really cool design and absolutely everything you could want is included. Bathrooms and bed are great and really comfy.

This hostel is amazing, you are basically living in someone's apartment in Vienna, at least it feels that way. While the check-in is weird, and the entrance of the building is a bit off-putting, the place itself is awesome. Lilly has thought of absolutely everything you could need, all bathroom essentials, even a flat iron in the room and big lockers. The place is adorable, homey and attracts good people that hang out in the living room and get to know each other. Amazing shower as well!

Lilly is very sweet and welcoming. The hostel is carefully designed to make visiters really feel like home. Very delightful stay.

One of the best hostels I have every stayed in! It was such a lovely experience. It's like having your own cosy apartment to settle into in the center of Vienna. Lilly was so welcoming. The apartment was beautifully decorated and so lovely and clean. Lots of great travelers to meet in the common area. Very highly recommended!

This place is amazing! It's like living in a cloud/Pottery Barn/heaven. Breakfast is included, which was great. The owners are so nice! The only problem we had was getting into the door because the locks were being changed so we had to buzz in every time, but that shouldn't be a problem for anyone else.

This was a lovely place to stay - more like a nice apartment than a hostel! Lilly, the owner, was very friendly and recommended lots of places in the area for us to eat/drink as well as the key sights to see. The hostel is located about a 20 min walk away from the Old City. It's in a building which on first entry looks somewhat unsafe - however the hostel itself is very clean and secure. We were a party of 3 girls and we felt safe throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had an amazing time at the believe-it-or-not hostel. The place is really lovely and cozy. There is really everything you need there as a traveller and many luxuries you dont find at any other hostels. Lily was absolutely lovely nd a great host

Believe-it-or not was the ideal comfort zone. It is made of an actual apartment and it feels as if you are staying at your friends place with the best accomodations--2 rooms and a living room. it is all inclusive, meaning that towels, shampoo, maps, laundry, lap tops, toys, paper ect. are availabe at your leisure. Quiet atmosphere that feels so warm and welcoming after exploring the city all day. I wish I had rejuvinated here at the end of my trip vs. at the start. it sets the bar high.

It was amazing - as a lone traveller I've never felt so at home so quickly in a youth hostel. I wasn't planning on revisiting Vienna, but after this stay I definitely will!

I can't say enough how wonderful my stay in Vienna in was, and nearly all thanks to Lilly and her amazing hostel. The hostel is relatively easy to find and is an easy 10 minute walk from the museum quarter. The hostel has the best bathroom/shower I've ever seen, and I really appreciate being able to get some laundry done, especially in the middle of a longer trip. Thanks again!

Great Hostel! Lilly is a great host and very knowledgeable about what to do and see in Vienna, especially from a local perspective. Clean hostel with range of free cooking stuffs. Had a great time. Small place so good for meeting people.

I could not have been more pleased with this hostel. Lily is such a complete sweetheart and so incredibly considerate. I loved staying here as it felt homey and relaxing. The location was not ideal as it was about a 10-15 walk to get into the city but most of the hostels are about equidistant away from the city as well. Loved loved loved this hostel, more like apartment, really!
