A great place, in a good location very close to Termini station (where you’ll have go from and to the airport), also close to the Colosseum, on Via Principe Amadeo, a nice street with good not-that-expensive restaurants. Very friendly staff - gave us a map and told us walking distances and busses, good and plenty hotel-like breakfast (little butters, jam, orange juice, milk, cereals, croissants, coffee). The room we got was nice, clean, spacious, had a TV, and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Generally very good value for money. The location was excellent for visiting all of the cities main attractions by foot + the B&B was very close to the train station. Breakfast is included but is not the best you ever had, on the other hand if you want to save money it's okay (coffee is not good unfortunately). The "receptionist" was really helpful and friendly, but there is no real reception. On the whole this is still a clear recommendation if you're going to stay in Rome for a few days!

I reserved and pre-paid double room (ensuite) in Bella Beatrice in Rome and was located by the owner in another place named Bella Rome. It was not what I looking for and booked. Standard was low (dusty blankets, not comfortable matrecesses, breakfast uneatable, very small'kitchen', thin doors, loud if someone is at the kitchen. No reception,it was a room with bathroom,so no too much contact with owner (no familly athmosfere - if you looking it in B&B).

This hostel was great! It's as if you lived in a flat, because there is a shared kitchen and not so many rooms, so it's very cozy and calm.

There is a good place for you stay, really next to the train station and very good for take every transports but not carefull so much just because it. You need take a care, but with me and my family no nothing happened. Close to the turistic points... Has a simple breakfast and hot water but the shower was with a little problem, you just can use taking in your hand. Just one thing wasn't confortable for us: it is an apartment in a normal bulding, and i think they have some apartments there.

Very nice place to stay. Good location, clean, comfortable. The only shortage is, that we had to wait for the owner like 15 minuts, until he came with the keys and took us to the room. But he was very nice and helpful. I do recomend this B&B for a pleasant stay .

nice and clean place very close to Termini station and in walking distance to many main attractions. there's no kitchen with a stove, just a microwave from a bed & BREAKFAST I expect more from the breakfast. it was less than hostel-standard. and no place to eat, we had to take it in our room all in all it's recommendable if u don't want to have breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very secure and clean, with good value for money. The location was excellent, only a 3 minute walk from the central train station, and within walking distance to many of the significant sights (colloseum, panteon, spanish steps, trevi fountain). There were also alot of nice, affordable restaurants very close by. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of a kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no reception so when you arrive it's a little confusing. You have to check the doorbells because apparently the b&b has many different names! Also the staff is not that friendly and you have to pay the room the moment you arrive. You don't even get the chance to leave your things and rest for 5 minutes. Forgetting about all of these things, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was included.

Had a double bed room with shared bathroom. We were staying in a flat, three rooms (each one with a key), shared bathroom and kitchen. Very well equipped flat- wifi, TV, hair dryer, microwave etc. Breakfast? Well, as much coffee as you want. Very safe and central place, stores, the main train station and restaurants nearby and in a walking distace to all main sight seeing attractionns of rom. Recommendable.

That's not a hotel/hostel but a room in an apartment, so you'll have a private bathroom and share the kitchen. It's very close to the main train station (Roma Termini) and we could easily go sightseeing by metro, bus and even on foot. Everything was clean and the breakfast is good enough, specially if you buy some cheese and ham on your own. The area is safe, there is an elevator and when we arrived (we called 5 min before) the staff was there and was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended!
