My girlfriend and I had a good stay at Bella Beatrice. The location is fantastic - so close to Termini and only a short 20 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Other attractions were also in walking distance. Be aware that payment is cash only. The breakfast is pretty sad, but the kitchen is equipped enough to make your own food. We stayed in a double ensuite with a balcony that was kitschy but clean and pleasant. The double bed was actually two beds pushed together though, which was a bit awkward.

It's pretty good place to stay!! Very close from Termini station. They have balcony and bathtub in the room!!

Great hostel, loved this place, definitely our favourite. The man who took us to our room was absolutely hilarious and lovely. Breakfast was simple but good. The hostel is so close to the station which was great for us, we walked to all the sights which was fine, wasn't too far away from everything but can get metro if you want, but the weather was so lovely we walked everywhere. The hostel was super clean, couldn't fault it at all. Honestly a great place to stay.

It was absolutely lovely. We booked a place at bella beatrice but actually stayed at its sisterly counterpart - bella roma. Did not plan it but I can see no difference at all anyway. Everything was great, the staff was helpful (got a map on the first day), there was an aircondioner in the room and the room itself was airy and very clean (towels provided). I think I can honestly recommend this place, it was a really good value for money.

Great value for money, only a couple of minutes from the train station which was perfect for us. Not much to see nearby (launderette opposite) but it's near to the metro and only a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum. Standard no frills breakfast but a communal fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster and good wi-fi. The room was great for the price, felt like a decent hotel room, en suite bathroom good and a nice balcony too. No real staff presence but helpful when we arrived despite us being late.

Best location, next to the main metro station and near the most of the historical places. Staffs are very polite and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Very cozy and clean hostel. Be prepared to walk 30m extra as the owners seem to be in a different place. He will then take you to the 4 room apartment. The kitchen is big (fridge, kettle, washing machine, dish washer), but no cooking possibilities. We got a bathroom from the hallway just for us to be used which was nice. Very nice french balcony to the street from our room. No complains, we were really happy with our stay.

The hostel very very clean, the manager friendly. It is a bit difficult to find the right location, as the checkin address is different than the hostel advertised address, but once we figured it out, it went well. The neighbourhood is not that good, but it is central and close enough to everything. Only poor point was the bed; the double bed was actually two single bed side by side with a double bed sheet.

I had the private suite for 2. Everything was clean and really appealing. The AC worked great. The kitchen was a good size and had pretty much everything you need to cook. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and in a good location. They also had a kitchen which was really nice and continental breakfast.

What the management and B&B lacked in personality and warmth, the staff more than made up for with cleanliness and efficiency. The location is excellent (right next to Termini station with some excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood) and the map they provide is all you need to walk around Rome.

Very close to Termini (2 min), close to colosseum (20 min), safe and clean enough. But the room was very small, we asked for 2 single beds, they gave us one double. We send an email before our arrival and we never got an answer. The water in the bathroom had not a good pressure and we couldn't have a properly shower. If I ever go again to Rome I will probably look for another B & B.

We booked to stay in Bella Beatrice but were put in Bella Roma which was owned by the same people and literally on the opposite side of the road. The other people there all had the same story. The room was clean and seemed fairly new, firm bed made every day, flat screen TV, fridge, good Air Con, windows out onto street, en suite bathroom and shower. Breakfast was self prepared packed croissants, cereal and coffee and left a lot to be desired. Location was great, short walk to Colosseum.

Basically a room in an apartment, which gave you access to a communal kitchen, with balcony. Room was clean and tidy, and we had wifi and our own bathroom.

Great location. Easy to find and check in. Elevator was broken when we arrived so had to heft our luggage up to 5th floor apartment. It was fixed later that afternoon but just an unlucky start. We chose a double bedroom with "shared bathroom" to make it cheaper but when we got there we had our own separate bathroom, but it was across the hallway - just not an ensuite. We were very happy with it, and our room had a small balcony too. Breakfast was a bit basic
