This hostel is located right by Paulista Avenue which is an excellent location. It is extremely safe during the day or the night. The hostel itself is comfortable but its more of a house that is rented out so there is not much of a party hostel experience. The staff is friendly. One of the rooms has this really odd wooden smell to it that is really strong and doesn't go aways. The room was also very cold (I visited in the Brazilian winter) and there was not really any hot water in the bathroom.

I have to say it was the best hostel I have stayed in. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I am happily amazed about the cleanliness of the place. And the breakfast was great!

Great hostel in a great location to Paulista avenue, right at the end near Paraiso station. Staff were extremely helpful, and would go over and above to help us enjoy the city and our stay. Good sized rooms and a great breakfast too with freshly baked cake. Not much of a common room and is more like a guest house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Technically, the perfect hostel... top location, spatious well kept old villa (wooden floors even). However it is mostly frequented by Brazilians who temporarily work in Sap Paulo and only one of the three (very helpful) receptionists speaks english - so no typical hostal atmosphere here.

This hostel is unique, safe, very clean, friendly, perfectly located quite close to Paulista av. and metro stations, and they are cozy!
