Very negative experience. Our reservation was cancelled, and we received inadaquate assistance in finding alternative arrangements. We were left in a very bad position as a result of the cancellation and poor assistance, and were forced to spend a lot of money to work around the last minute cancellation. We were promised the return of our deposit, however the owners kept our money. We would caution travellers against staying at this hostel.
